“Had a job in this area, so I thought I would call in here as I was told they do an excellent body scrub combined with a oil massage after, and they were not wrong. very professional and very traditional with their techniques, I've also discovered that she does other treatments which I would benefit from, that I have elsewhere but after today's performance I might just come for a spa day in the near future and have it all done under one roof as it was really an excellent treatment I feel so nice and relaxed and soft skin thanks again PS I would have added some photos but I was enjoying the relaxation maybe I will get her to take some next time as I am now 10 million with my views being a Google guide and I only normally give five stars to the excellent places I visit well, been back a few more times to have my intimate waxing. Can't put those pictures on, let's just say it's as smooth as a baby' this time I had the back waxed, so I can put those pictures on rose, does a brilliant job. They are so friendly at this place. I particularly liked the offer to enjoy the relaxation room after treatment however I would have appreciated knowing this in advance so I could have come prepared/factored that into my timings. “I didnr stay at this hotel but went for dinner with friends and I just wanted to say that having eaten several times at this hotel this was the very best. The main thing was the service. We had a delightful young woman that looked after us she was efficient, knowledgeable,well presented and took our orders with minimum effort. Why cant all waiting on staff be like her. She even listened to my suggestion of a large print menu or magnifier to assist people with poor sight to remain independent whilst out. Having spoken in favour of our waiting on staff I should also say the food was lovely too.”

Lots of free parking available on arrival we were offered a complimentary cookie (vegan and gluten free option available) which was a lovely touch. The spa was beautiful and treatments were amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food in the garden room was amazing thanks to the chef James and our server Ava was amazing and made sure my dietary requirements were met. Breakfast was also great. Overall 10/10 experience and I’ll be back”

Great deals at the moment where you can use the spa as well. The spa is a special place so relaxing. Just love this hotel I have been many times and just feel it gets better with each visit.”
