Recently had a 2 night stay at the Titanic Hotel. The building is a renivated warehouse that has been beautifully renovated in every area whilst retaining the buildings unique original features. The greeting at reception on arrival was excellent. A special mention to Saoirse who was so helpful and accomodating of our every request. She also took us to see the Titanic replica staircase in the evebts side of the hotel. We used the spa which was so relaxing and perfect setting. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was good quality. The breakfast deservse a special mention as well worth the cost. Overall a 5 star stay and will definitely book to return soon.

Honestly expected a lot more from this supposedly luxury hotel. First of all when I checked in the blond lady at front desk was extremely rude. She aggressively repeatedly asked for my name and reservation number then got upset when she realized I had prechecked in already. She practically threw the envelope with my room key at me and didnt explain anything about the hotel to me. For the price you pay for a room here I would expect a friendlier check in experience. If you cannot be kind to all guests please dont work a front desk job. Thankfully the concierge Arnav Singh was SO kind and hospitable. He definitely made our stay. He showed us to our room, explained everything in detail about amenities which we ended up using the beautiful spa. Arnav helped us with commute to Anfield and gave great dinner recommendations. That is the type of guest experience I expect from a place like this. Also the rooms are very cold, the heater doesn't do much so if you stay during the winter I recommend bundle up with blankets!

Amazing visit to the titanic. Will definitely be visiting again. The blue wellness spa was excellent thank you to all the staff we are more than grateful. Also a big thank you to Haydn for such great hospitality really worth his weight in gold.

Good parking option. I went for an event. With a few hundred people you still could hear someone without shouting. Staff were particularly attentive. Event room a nice temperature. The lobby was a bit cold. They have a free cloakroom. Food was really good, not overcooked at all and delivered hot.

Just came back after 2 days at the hotel. The staff really make the hotel shine. Everyone was friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make our stay memorable. We stayed on a spa offer that included dinner. Holly and Luke in the restaurant on the 2 nights we were there made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like VIPs. Haydyn was super helpful at the front desk. (Remembering our names when greeting us the next day) and is a great ambassador for the hotel and Liverpool hospitality. Thank you for a great stay.

We were booked into a classic double for the evening of our wedding. When we arrived staff had already upgraded us to superior double and gave us a bottle of rosé as congratulations. Everyone, from reception staff to cleaners, was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality. Beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend. Superior double room was stylish, comfortable and very roomy.

What a beautiful hotel. The largest 'standard' or 'classic' room I've ever stayed in & beautifully appointed. A very impressive bathroom - huge and also appointed with nice modern fittings. Plus fridge in room as standard & plenty of clothes hanging space. We were also lucky to have an end room with views over the docks & the river. The hallways are all huge & keep all the character of the original building

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. But the real highlight of my stay was the spa. The facilities were top-notch and the treatments were absolutely blissful. The therapists were professional and attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The spa and room alone make it worth the stay.

I would honestly rate this hotel 5 stars, from the second we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service and EVERYTHING about the hotel, staff and overall experience was absolutely amazing. The way you are greeted when you arrive is absolutely heart-warming and it was a beautiful experience for my nan's birthday, the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and so spacious - we went with the superior room and it was huge! The bathroom is spacious and gorgeous, the beds are so comfortable, the food is delicious and the hotel itself, along with the rooms are absolutely stunning! The hotel has such cool history all around it and the spa is another wonderful highlight, the atmosphere is beautiful and you must visit there too if you go! Honestly, the staff can not help you enough, they are so kind, caring and attentive to absolutely everything that you need. I can not fault one single thing about this hotel or the experience. They help you and assist you with 10/10 service from start to finish, the luxury of the hotel, the astonishing rooms and history, the gorgeous food and everything else is just a huge bonus. Me and my nan would definitely visit again and I think it's the best hotel we have in Liverpool to be honest. Highly recommend to everybody, the luxury and service is 10/10!!! We had the best weekend there, love Rene and Pamela x

This is a converted warehouse at the end of a fairly long stretch of derelict land. Much of the walk from the central Waterfront is dreary and might concern some people of a nervous disposition after dark. Taxi fares will be £6+ each way. Our Superior Double looking over Stanley Dock was enormous, as was the superb bathroom. The very large bed was most comfortable but the basic sofa wasn't. Lighting in the room was inedquate and to read in comfort one had to sit on the bed and use wall-lights. Corridors were very long and wide and, again, badly lit. The room doors are in alcoves so finding the right place for the key card wasn't easy. Public areas are spacious and comfortable and we were happy with the service in the bar and with the good sandwiches provided. We didn't manage to eat in the restaurant. This is a potentially excellent hotel let down by location and bad lighting and I would normally rate it 3.5 stars. I've rated it 4 star because of the wonderful staff. When I became unwell during the stay the Reception staff arranged medical advice and kept an eye on me meanwhile. They also helped us pack when we left a couple of days later and drove us to the local A&E Dept. They deserve great credit.
