“Tis I, Sir Radley the 1st of Knowsley. I would like to thank you for a delightful 11 days that I have spent with your goodselves whilst Fair Maiden Trisha has taken the waters of the land called Ang-le-sea. (Alas, she still has not sighted any dragons.) I am "chillaxed" as the young humans say, fully rested from my battle training and I am looking forward to the next time we meet. Good food, good company to joust with and the full attention of you, Sir Craig and the lovely Lady Vicki. I shall bid you adieu until we meet again and hand you to My Fair Maiden Trisha. Radley is purring up a storm and totally relaxed, as always when he comes home. I have no worries while I'm away about Radley's welfare. I know after my own, he is in the best and safest hands. When he 1st stayed, I honestly thought I'd been given a different cat, he was so relaxed. Thanks "Sir Craig" and "Lady Vicki" for looking after my boy and we'll see you again soon.”

“Bailey loves going to dotties, she's so cared for and so very happy, highly recommend dotties, and Craig is so very good with her and all the others always says how happy she is and she's settled in so well, Craig and his family just love her so much.”

“Great place for your pets to go whilst you are away. The owner, Meg lives and breaths her charges. We've booked out cat Wellington in for two stays this year and another in Jan 2024. Pre booking visits are actively encouraged so you can have a look round before booking.”

“Great experience with Wirral Small Pet Hotel - We have 2 very young Guinea pigs and they were well taken care of whilst we went on holiday for a week. We loved seeing photo updates. We will definitely use again next time we go on holiday.”

“Our 2 Cockapoos, Bill & Ted, stayed with Imelda for a week and could not have been looked after better. Imelda really cares about the pooches and clearly loves what she does. We received photos through daily which was immediately reassuring - we could just see in their faces that they were content. Huge relief! They also enjoyed the company of Jack, Imelda's terrier. Imelda is professional, thorough and caring. She ensures that they have a home from home experience. Would have absolutely no hesitation in leaving the boys with Imelda again - and I think Bill & Ted would be more than happy with that too. Thank you so much, Imelda.”

“We have been taking our border collie to Kirsty every week (for daycare) since October 2023, and our dog absolutely loves it! Kirsty is professional, experienced and passionate about working with dogs. Shes taken the time to build a good relationship with our dog and learn all his personality and little quirks. She is so attentive and caring, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for doggy daycare/boarding. It’s great peace of mind knowing that your dog is in a happy, safe place while you’re away!”

“we were very nervous to leave our elderly cat whilst moving house but felt immediately at ease as soon as we met Harvey at Longcroft. The accommodation really is luxurious and Harvey's loving care is genuine and reassuring. We have no hesitation in giving Harvey and Longcroft the best possible recommendation. Our much loved cat will certainly be visiting Longcroft again.”

“Our two girls are in daycare here once a week and have regular overnights most months too. It's like sending them to stay with family they both adore Jackie and Rich and get so excited to get dropped off. They're so well looked after with lovely warm rooms, regular exercise and lots of love and fuss, and they come home tired and happy. We highly recommended Jessie's where they love your dogs as much as you do ♥️”

“The apartment was just so perfect. We were celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday and had chosen the apartment because of its location and decor. We were not disappointed. The apartment was fresh and clean with extras which made it so special. The welcome pack was fantastic and the room spray a lovely extra touch! Both bathrooms were spotlessly clean and showers were amazing! Entry codes for front door and apartment are so easy to use.. much better than a key! Communication with owners so smooth and uncomplicated. We will most definitely return in the fire and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, outstanding staff & customer service. Very friendly, welcoming & warming welcome! Bar is exceptional - well stocked & great range if different drinks. The breakfast the next day is continental which was absolutely delicious. Fruits & cereal to start with freshly poured tea & coffee & juices. Then a basket of warm pastries, ciabatta, Croissants & a lovely selection of jams. Fresh toast - both white & brown delivered hot to your table. The basket also included delicious salami, cheese & parma ham. Deliziosa!! The rate was very reasonable too for a Saturday night. Dont hesitate in booking here you wont be disappointed!! “Tatlock Farm is simply amazing. A true doggy heaven for my pooch Bonnie!! Bonnie goes to stay often and is treated amazingly. Georgia is so great with all the dogs in her care and goes the extra mile continuously. Surroundings are beautiful and kennels, well couldn't ask for more!! We feel confident and happy to leave Bonnie at Tatlock Farm and when we pull up she is rearing to get out the car and in there!! Literally home from home!! Keep up the good work Tatlock Farm!! ❤️”

“We have just collected Lucky and Toby after a nine night stay at the cattery, they have come back happy and well cared for, both our cats are very anxious and the owner knew this but with the excellent care they received they soon felt like they were at home. This cattery and kennels was recommended to us by a family friend and we are so glad we picked HMC petcare and we will be using these for any future holidays we have. “Jake has been going to Paws and Claws for many years now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. All the staff are lovely and treat all the dogs as though they are their own. Jakes loves his runs round the enclosed paddock. Jake also goes to Helen for grooming and always comes back looking and smelling beautiful. Would highly recommend Paws and Claws for boarding, grooming and training courses with Christine and Heidi are brilliant too.”

“Transferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!”

“Spacious rooms. Very clean on arrival Welcoming friendly staff. Ideal location for the conference centre. The only criticism would be when staff do the light touch cleaning it might be an idea to top up the coffee and milk. Excellent breakfast. It's not to order but they only put out smaller amounts to ensure a constant supply of fresh cooked. Bacon and sausages were very nice. Always on coffee machine in the dining area, with a decent bite on the coffee.”

“When we arrived here we were a little concerned due to the area, however DONT LET THIS PUT YOU OFF! The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious & the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was warm and welcoming! Thank you for a lovely stay! Very good price too! :-)”

“Wonderful stay. Stayed here overnight as we went to the Liverpool stadium tour. Attentive and lovely staff all around from reception to restaurant just truly amazing and hospitable. The hotel is located near the knowledge quarter and near the hospital. We took a walk to the city centre which was roughly a 15 minute walk. The hotel is well maintained, clean with all your facilities. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms which was very convenient as we travelled with kids but had access to a microwave, plates, Cutlery and basic household items. TV had a range of channels which again useful when with children and had a great view facing the V&M museum. They have amenities from Rituals which is amazing as it meant I didn't have to travel with my own. All in all great trip. Wish we were staying longer as Liverpool seems to be such a great place to visit with very friendly and lovely people. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Liverpool, thank you all ever so much again.”
