   3 nights stay over our wedding and it was stunning, the room and views were amazing! Incredibly comfortable bed! The breakfast was fantastic! A lot of choice and very tasty! Could not fault anything 10/10! Staff were incredibly friendly too! Parking could be better situated however being able to park outside for 30 mins helped this a lot! Other than that honestly such an amazing experience!

   Booked this hotel as I was bringing my 15yr old daughter to her 1st concert. Never stayed in a Novotel hotel before. What a great 4star hotel. Staff really friendly, hotel was modern and clean. Rooms very comfortable and all mod cons. Beds really comfortable. Bar and restaurant were open and comfortable never felt cramped. We had breakfast and even though busy the staff were on top of everything, great selection of food. A 20min walk into Liverpool but literally across the road from the concert venue in the University. A very enjoyable stay in this hotel.

   We were lucky enough to be given a studio room for our booking. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the whole process was really smooth. Our studio was beautiful. We were on the seventh floor and had a wonderful view of the city. The apartment is really well kitted out, and the bed was really big and extra comfy. The breakfast in the morning was really good, with a good range of cooked and cold stuff. All in all, it was a fantastic trip.

   Wonderful stay. Stayed here overnight as we went to the Liverpool stadium tour. Attentive and lovely staff all around from reception to restaurant just truly amazing and hospitable. The hotel is located near the knowledge quarter and near the hospital. We took a walk to the city centre which was roughly a 15 minute walk. The hotel is well maintained, clean with all your facilities. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms which was very convenient as we travelled with kids but had access to a microwave, plates, Cutlery and basic household items. TV had a range of channels which again useful when with children and had a great view facing the V&M museum. They have amenities from Rituals which is amazing as it meant I didn't have to travel with my own. All in all great trip. Wish we were staying longer as Liverpool seems to be such a great place to visit with very friendly and lovely people. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Liverpool, thank you all ever so much again.

   I lived in this hotel for 6 weeks The staff is lovely and breakfast is really nice. It looks a certain distance away from town but really, it is just a short walk from Hope Street, the philharmonic pub and a number of really nice restaurants and nightlife. I loved the fact o could control the temperature in my room - I had spent 6 weeks in the novotel in the town centre and the moment it turned into October, they turned the heating on and you couldn't not control the temperature in the room. This novotel allowed you to do that, it did not matter it was not summer anymore. A small detail but this hotel SMELLS REALLY NICE. As you walk in you can smell in and it is a very welcoming sensation. The meals in the restaurant are overpriced and you can get same quality a lot cheaper in a serious of places in town. But it is definitely good quality food. As a business traveller this place ticked all boxes

   You can not fault the hotel in anyway. Staff were more than great especially Danielle who helped with everything from the minute we walked in until we were settled in our fantastic apartment. They did not makes us feel heavy no matter what we asked for. I would like to thank them all for the great and top service we received. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go there again.

   Wow - this new Hotel was just perfect for our visit. Thank you for a wonderful room with great views over the City. The team really made our stay - the staff really are very good here. Nothing was too much to ask. Warm kind and friendly and very attentive. We will certainly be returning - we both loved it here. I would go as far as saying that this is the new Flagship Novotel Hotel. Thank you.

   Stayed at this hotel for a work trip. Location was fab for what we needed and hotel lobby was light and airy and smelt absolutely amazing. The rooms were modern and spacious with plenty of tea/coffee supplies. My TV didn't work on arrival and so was swiftly moved to another room which was no problem for the staff or myself. We had meals in the hotel as part of our trip and all meals were lovely and the choice on the menu was grand for a few days stay. My one complaint for a modern hotel is that there was no coffee machine at breakfast. Having a premade coffee dispenser isn't what I expected and having to request a cappuccino for it too be put on the room especially at breakfast seemed a bit out of place. Otherwise a great hotel with a fab cocktail happy hour where I would definitely stay again.

   Brilliant experience all round could not fault the service. My room was double booked and I got upgraded. Lovely luxury hotel. Criticisms if I dig for them would be, the lift is very slow and the hot items at breakfast were lacking and the chef couldn’t keep up. But overall a good stay in a great location. Easy to park too. Thanks
