βThe apartment was just so perfect. We were celebrating a friendβs 60th birthday and had chosen the apartment because of its location and decor. We were not disappointed. The apartment was fresh and clean with extras which made it so special. The welcome pack was fantastic and the room spray a lovely extra touch! Both bathrooms were spotlessly clean and showers were amazing! Entry codes for front door and apartment are so easy to use.. much better than a key! Communication with owners so smooth and uncomplicated. We will most definitely return in the fire and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend it to friends.β
βAbsolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, outstanding staff & customer service. Very friendly, welcoming & warming welcome! Bar is exceptional - well stocked & great range if different drinks. The breakfast the next day is continental which was absolutely delicious. Fruits & cereal to start with freshly poured tea & coffee & juices. Then a basket of warm pastries, ciabatta, Croissants & a lovely selection of jams. Fresh toast - both white & brown delivered hot to your table. The basket also included delicious salami, cheese & parma ham. Deliziosa!! The rate was very reasonable too for a Saturday night. Dont hesitate in booking here you wont be disappointed!! And as for us: We will definately return & we can't wait! Thanks again, Karen & Jimmy Butterworth xβ
βFabulous hotel and apartments. We stayed in apartment 7 as we wanted a convenient place to stay for a tour of anfield. Spotlessly clean , treated very well and helpful friendly greeting and checkout.β
βWe had an incredible stay at The Glebe Hotel in Liverpool. The building has such historic charm and character, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. What really made our stay unforgettable was Paul, the ownerβhe truly went above and beyond to help us. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and cared for. Itβs rare to find that level of personal service, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this placeβweβll definitely be back!β
βWe have just collected Lucky and Toby after a nine night stay at the cattery, they have come back happy and well cared for, both our cats are very anxious and the owner knew this but with the excellent care they received they soon felt like they were at home. This cattery and kennels was recommended to us by a family friend and we are so glad we picked HMC petcare and we will be using these for any future holidays we have. Thank you taking such good care of our fur babies.β
βSpacious rooms. Very clean on arrival Welcoming friendly staff. Ideal location for the conference centre. The only criticism would be when staff do the light touch cleaning it might be an idea to top up the coffee and milk. Excellent breakfast. It's not to order but they only put out smaller amounts to ensure a constant supply of fresh cooked. Bacon and sausages were very nice. Always on coffee machine in the dining area, with a decent bite on the coffee.β
βTransferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!β
βWe celebrated my fiancΓ©'s birthday in the private lounge and screening room and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Our guests were so impressed with the atmosphere, facilities and two friendly staff members who went above and beyond to cater to any needs and make this a perfect evening. My guests and I will definitely have future bookings here!β
βWe stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool on 14th November in Room 739 to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jon on Concierge was fantastic β polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime β a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. Itβs clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!β
βAmazing visit to the titanic. Will definitely be visiting again. The blue wellness spa was excellent thank you to all the staff we are more than grateful. Also a big thank you to Haydn for such great hospitality really worth his weight in gold.β
βWonderful stay. Stayed here overnight as we went to the Liverpool stadium tour. Attentive and lovely staff all around from reception to restaurant just truly amazing and hospitable. The hotel is located near the knowledge quarter and near the hospital. We took a walk to the city centre which was roughly a 15 minute walk. The hotel is well maintained, clean with all your facilities. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms which was very convenient as we travelled with kids but had access to a microwave, plates, Cutlery and basic household items. TV had a range of channels which again useful when with children and had a great view facing the V&M museum. They have amenities from Rituals which is amazing as it meant I didn't have to travel with my own. All in all great trip. Wish we were staying longer as Liverpool seems to be such a great place to visit with very friendly and lovely people. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Liverpool, thank you all ever so much again.β
βThis hotel has it right. My husband and I are world travellers and have stayed in many accommodations over the years. We were pleasantly suprised to see this hotel go above and beyond with every detail. We have added it to our list of "go to places to stay" as it fast became one of our favorites. We loved the unusual bathroom layout, comfortable bed, stunning views, friendly staff, and impressive breakfast setup. It was helpful that this hotel was close to where we needed to be - an easy walk where we felt safe and taken care of. The whole experience eased my stress during a challenging business trip. We would love to return for fun next time. One minor suggestion I can think of is the bin bags (trash bags) are pretty flimsy. Would be helpful if they were sturdier. Did you notice there's no 13th floor? That took the welcome form of humor for us and made us think of all the hotel horror movies out there, which made things funnier in a dark way (let's kick suspicions in the butt, yes?). Overall, we had a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.β
βHad an absolutely fantastic stay here. The staff were so accommodating, had to extend our stay by a night and it was no issue. Rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Location was fantastic. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.β
βThis hotel was a gem. We have been all over Europe this year in over 30 hotels including Paris but this hotel was miles the best. The hotel has parking for about 10 cars and is a two storey building. Breakfast you can have basically anything within reason a typical breakfast is 2 sausage, bacon, eggs with beans and tomatoes also toast with jam of course there is tea and coffee. The rooms are great for sleeping in with a bathroom and a TV. Getting in to Liverpool is easy all you do is come out of the hotel turn left and walk up St Paul's Road at the end turn right up to the second set of lights on to Poulton Road turn left and the bus stop is there into Liverpool at a cost of Β£4 return. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Royal Albert docks. This is with a 10 minute walk down Dale street. I can highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back. The hotel is a project in operation but the hotel manager (Dave) and his staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them to solve.β
βExcellent location and great value for the quality. Very attentive staff who communicated from start to finish to ensure our stay went smoothly. Aimee and Shannon were amazing. Loved staying in the zoo and the upgrade package was definitely worth it. Can't wait to be backβ
βIt was amazing me an my daughter was gifted this spa treatment of r dear friends we went on my husband an daughter dads passing it was fantastic will deffo be coming back made to feel welcome will stay overnight next time 10 out of 10 thank youβ
βAs with all Premier Inns the beds are nice and comfortable. We just had one night here but it was great. Very good location, very central. Easy walk to the central Liverpool city area and Lime Street station is right across the road.β
βGreat friendly customer service, who looked after our bags before being able to check in, and took them up to our room for us. Clean room, comfy beds, curtains very good, heating worked well, newly fitted bathroom and a delicious breakfast to top it off!β
βI love this place! The location is great, right in the heart of town and multiple options for shopping and food nearby. Iβm in a studio room by myself. Although this hotel is in the busy part of town, because the windows are triple glazed it is very quiet in the rooms. It is small but very well equipped with a big fridge and cooking facilities. Complete set of pans and dishes, which is great for eating leftovers. . There is plenty of storage and hanging space. The air conditioner works great as itβs pretty warm at the moment. I had breakfast for the first time and it was really good. Nice cooked breakfast with cereals, fruits, selection of cheeses and meats. The staff here are very helpful and friendly! I liked this place so much that I booked a return trip here in a few months!β
βTwo night stay with friends. Location for station perfect, easy walk to all attractions, museums, galleries and restaurants. Rooms well fitted and very comfortable. Staff were all lovely, helpful and genuinely cheerful (says a lot to my mind). Food in Stoke Brasserie was very good and breakfast would meet anyone's requirements. Would recommend with no hesitation.β
βMe and my wife visited this week room clean and worm. Bar welcoming and really helpful. All staff helped us when we ask big thank you to tash and others who was on. To staff one suggestion is the front doors could turn in to automatic doors as it hurt are shoulders being so heavy And one lift doesn't have talking announcing But once agian A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFFβ
βBriars Hall Hotel hosted a very large celebration of life service for me a few weeks ago which was attended by hundreds of people. The whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. So I want to say a massive thank you to all the management and staff at Briars who really took a lot of the stress away from me on an emotional day. The function rooms were beautifully presented, the food was excellent, the service was excellent. The planning and attention to detail to cater for the volume of people who attended was so professionally done. Throughout the whole process communication with Mark, Steve and other staff was superb. I've lost count of the amount of people who gave me amazing feedback on how good the celebration of life party was, though much of the credit should deservedly go to the management and staff at Briars Hall. It was a warm day and guests also made good use of the stunning outside areas of the hotel. I also had family from abroad staying overnight in the hotel who said their stay was excellent. Thanks again guys, I really can't thank you enough.β
βComfortable hotel with a reasonable breakfast included and helpful staff. A couple of issues with room No 2 which was mentioned before leaving such as heated towel rail not working and instructions are needed in the room to operate the heating controls. Apart from that a satisfactory stay as always.β
βStayed overnight whilst in the area for a friendβs birthday party. Lovely, clean room with spacious bathroom - shower looked like it had been installed days ago. The best breakfast Iβve had for a long time - freshly cooked eggs royal. Really extensive breakfast menu and very reasonably priced. All cooked to order. Beautiful presentation. Delightful staff.β
βWe needed somewhere close to the waterways museum and this was the perfect spot. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were great, happy, smiling nothing too much trouble and the meal we had was excellent. Our room on the 3rd floor gave us great views over the canals and museum. I would highly recommend. The only potential problem is what appears to be limited parking, although there was a wedding on when we were there which may have been the cause of the problem.β
βI found this a hidden gem. Room was great. Staff very helpfull. Price quality equation very good. Food also good. Parking great for the bike. Trucks passing by can disturb light sleeping people, but i am not.β
βI didnr stay at this hotel but went for dinner with friends and I just wanted to say that having eaten several times at this hotel this was the very best. The main thing was the service. We had a delightful young woman that looked after us she was efficient, knowledgeable, well presented and took our orders with minimum effort. Why cant all waiting on staff be like her. She even listened to my suggestion of a large print menu or magnifier to assist people with poor sight to remain independent whilst out. Having spoken in favour of our waiting on staff I should also say the food was lovely too.β
βI would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the gentleman who worked night shift on the 27th November 2025. From the moment we arrived, his kindness and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. My husband just lost his mam that night and we both were devastated. My husband forgot to register our car but the gentleman offered his help and sorted it out for us. He even offered his condolences which is very kind and heartwarming. Unfortunately we forgot to ask his name. He wears glasses and worked night shift on 27 November 2025. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always greeting us with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help. We only stayed for 1 night but we've already decided to book this hotel again every time we're in the area.β
βOur entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!β
