βVery pleased indeed - my dog was much happier when collected than previous two kennel stays elsewhere. She made new doggo friends and was clearly well cared for. Would highly recommend.β
βMax loved his holiday at Cofastre as much as we loved ours. Great kennels, very welcoming and knowledgeable owner. Another stay booked later this year.β
βI have only ever trusted one place with my flatcoated retriever Fin, and that's Sandras: she is quite simply the best. She loves and understands dogs and goes the extra mile for a thoroughly superb job. Fin is a bit anxious being separated from me - the exception being Sandra. He also often thinks any kind of grooming is either a game or something to be stopped immediately. Either way, he is not always cooperative. Sandra handles him perfectly and he appears smiling and show-ready after every visit. It is such a blessing to have found Woody Woods. 6 stars would be my rating!β
βA travelzoo deal brought us to the Falcon Hotel and the Rutland district. This was a part of the world I knew nothing about until now. The hotel has a history dating back centuries and the renovations and updating have been carried out really tastefully. The service throughout our stay has been first class and a big shout out on the quality of the breakfast offering. *****star. The main lounge, restaurant, and reception area is very nice with a very relaxed atmosphere ideal for late evening drinks. There is ample on-site car parking and the outdoor areas are brilliant you will just need good weather to enjoy them. All in all quite a little gem. We returned for our second visit and were as suitably impressed as we were on our original visit. All the plaudits remain the same but the hotel has added a new restaurant the 'Fern'. It is brilliant, the theme is that of a sharing menu with small plates. May I say they are delicious. We dined here both nights having originally planned to dine out. A big well done to the management on this addition.β
βWe had a 2 night break at this gem of a place. The room was very clean and really well presented. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great break. It's perfectly placed to explore Rutland water and lots of other nearby attractions. The food was always excellent and the lunches were superb value for money. We will definitely be returning and look forward to it.β
βWhat a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and welcoming. The hotel room was lovely, clean, spacious and country cottage feel. I will be staying again. The food was out of this world.β
βThis hotel is really top! IΒ΄ve been here several times on business trips and has never been disapointed about the rooms, cleaness or the service. One thing though, I would like to see the breakfast a bit improved. In particular the bread, cold sauges and the orange juce. But the rest is nice! Will come againβ

βIn the past, I had to rely on family or friends to look after my birds when going on holiday, which meant a restricted timeframe and leaving my birds with others who didn't have as much experience or knowledge about birds. I was always worried about how they were doing. All of that changed when I reached out to Shaun and left my birds with him! Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable about all breeds of birds, but he is also incredibly passionate about what he does, and it shows. He has created a phenomenal environment for them, considering everything from climate to different types of cages, food, perches, and more! My birds adjusted within minutes, trusted him straight away (first time that's happened when they meet a strangers) and I knew they were in extremely safe hands. Shaun kept me updated and sent photos and videos, which I loved receiving. It was worth every single penny! I have gone from a first-time customer to a regular one. I honestly can't express how amazing Shaun and his Bird Hotel are! I know the birds can't wait to come back.β

βExcellent, professional doggie day care service. Real peace of mind knowing my two beagles are well looked after and entertained when we are out at work. Ran by people who love dogs which makes all the difference. Would highly recommendβ
βJayne is the best dog walker! She walked my dog Tillie for about 3 years and Tillie was always very happy to see her and always came back happy and tired out. Thereβs not many people that I would trust with my dog but would definitely recommend Leicesterβs dog nanny. Sheβs brilliant!β
βI didn't stay here so can't rate rooms but the pub is lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Good food at good prices. Decor is very nice. Service is prompt and friendly. Nice patio area to the rear and plenty of parking. Very enjoyable afternoon spent here.β
βBreakfast was lovely, room was great especially because I had a fridge. Only downside was I couldn't open the window. I wanted to live in the bed, most comfortable ever!!! Bathroom and shower was really nice. Parking was expensive but I got a space just fine.β
βWe had a beautiful Christmas party here. We were greeted at the door and directed to out glass of fizz. We waited in the lovely bar area to be taken to our table. The meal was lovely. We had a 3 course set menu and each course was delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable night.β
βHad a great stay here as per usual, also a special thanks to Caroline and Pam. Great customer care always makes you feel right at home. Looking forward to future stays. Thanks Caroline and Pam. Have a lovely Christmas and we will see you in the new year!!!β
βStayed Saturday 4 October for one night onlyβ¦.. very pleasant and friendly staff with a special mention to the chef, Rhianne who whilst very busy, managed to do perfect poached eggs for me and my wife. The breakfast is table service which was a nice touch β¦.. all the waiting on staff were friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay once again in a Premier Inn.β
βA small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.β
βLovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast served on the ground floor. Comfortable bed and Free Parking which is a bonus. Will stay again when in Leicester.β
βLoved our stay at this hotel. I was in room 705 which was impeccably clean and well presented. The breakfast service was amazing. Such a huge choice from pancakes, fruit, bread, cakes, cereal to a full English. We were served by Francisco who was simply amazing. He looked after our table of 7 with such care, especially my elderly mum. I dont have much to say apart from it was wonderful! Thank you all!β
βCan't recommend it highly enough. Took my 90 year old grandparents here for lunch to celebrate my grandma's birthday and the staff and food were amazing. The food was delicious, high quality, there were plenty of veggie options, gluten free etc, and it was clearly cooked well and by someone who cares what they're doing. I didn't get the name of the man working in the restaurant but he was so great with my grandparents and they were able to modify the menu to suit my grandma's needs so a huge thanks to all the staff today. We all absolutely loved everything about our experience and we're super impressed. Oh and the birthday dessert for my grandma was a really lovely surprise!β
βWe enjoyed a two-night stay, which was a great experience. The on-site restaurant and bar are superb, and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to several nice restaurant and entertainment options for kids. Our room was spacious and very clean.β
βThe staff we meet on our stayed really made this visit, we stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel grounds were tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff we saw on our visit. Hotel and rooms do have quite a few stains on furniture and floor, however maybe hard to remove without a vac, so this is completely understandable but the room was clean as I could ask and clean bedding and mattresses covers. Sadly didn't sleep much and woke every hour but this is due to generally not sleeping well in other places. Rooms were very quiet and had air-conditioning so definitely recommend for a good night sleep. Food was very good and a lot of choice and kids eat free when we stayed. Highly recommend.β
βThe room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didnβt get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.β
βThe staff were absolutely wonderful, all of them. Our room was lovely, bed very comfortable, Everywhere was very clean. Menu i must admit was a little disappointing but didn't present too much of a problem. We also took our cat who settled in very quickly! All the staff made a big fuss of him. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be using this staying here again next visit.β
βI've stayed here three times now. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is handy to visit many nearby places. It's clean and everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfasts at the adjoining venue are superb.β
