   We left our cat Bobby at the Haven Luxury Cat Hotel for the first time and he had a lovely time. We received regular updates and photos of Bobby which was very reassuring and we appreciated this greatly! The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel is the most beautiful cattery we have come across and operates to very high standards by Dawn and Rob, who are kind and welcoming people themselves. We have never felt so content leaving Bobby anywhere as we did at Haven - Dawn treated Bobby with so much love which allowed us to enjoy our holiday break. Haven will now be our go to cattery for sure. Thank you Dawn and Rob!

   I've just picked up my two cats Star and Pepper who I left with Dawn during my 10 day ski break. It was their first stay and longest at a cattery since I got them from the rescue centre. Dawn encouraged a visit to the cattery beforehand which I took the offer. Star and Pepper had a lovely time and were looked after with plenty of love and care which was wonderful to see via the photos sent during the week and on my return. Dawn had spent time getting to know them, playing with them and making sure they settled in. The whole experience end to end was brilliant and would highly recommend.

   I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a small business than with The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel. Our cat had his first ever stay away this week and it couldn't have gone better. That's all thanks to Dawn and Rob, the owners. Everything was explained very well from start to finish in a very friendly manner, with frequent updates. Every cat staying here gets the highest level of care and attention which is especially helpful when getting them settled. You can see that Dawn and Rob absolutely love what they do - this shows in the layout and facilities (extremely clean and comfortable) and also in how they operate. We'll 100% reccomended you and be back. Thanks both from all of us.

   We've just picked our two cats up from a ten day Christmas and New Year stay and they have had an absolutely fantastic time. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with both before and during their stay, arranged for us to visit before we booked to see the location and ensure we felt comfortable - The Haven is a wonderful and relaxing place, and our kitties Odie and Leo were relaxed and happy when we picked them up. We received photo and video updates during their stay which was really reassuring and they received plenty of love, cuddles and attention whilst they were there - as well as Christmas treats and their own stockings! We'll definitely be booking them in next time we need to go away.
