“I want to thank the Debdale Grange team for being great and putting pets first. We had a trial day with our rescue dog before planning our holiday. The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. When we collected Kitty took time ensure they bonded and that my mom was aware that if she needed any support or to rehome Phoebe they would take her back at anytime. You can tell Kitty and her family do this for love and not money. The kennels and animals were so well kept and loved. Thank you, my mom and Pheobe have become besties.”

“I simply wouldn’t put my dog anywhere else. I have a highly anxious retired military Belgian shepherd. I looked at many places and Buena Vista is the only one with the staff and kennel that I can have my dog at. I have every trust in the staff dealing with my dog they listen and follow the instructions (lots of them) my dog has started now to pull into the kennels when we arrive. If you want a play with experienced staff that treat your dog as their own then these guys are the ones.”

“I have only ever trusted one place with my flatcoated retriever Fin, and that's Sandras: she is quite simply the best. She loves and understands dogs and goes the extra mile for a thoroughly superb job. Fin is a bit anxious being separated from me - the exception being Sandra. He also often thinks any kind of grooming is either a game or something to be stopped immediately. Either way, he is not always cooperative. Sandra handles him perfectly and he appears smiling and show-ready after every visit. It is such a blessing to have found Woody Woods. 6 stars would be my rating!”
