Our cats have stayed here 20+ times since 2014. We moved 30 miles away after their second stay in 2014. Our cats kept holidaying at Highfield Cat Hotel even after we moved since as we completely trust that our cats are well looked after by Sue, Sarah and the rest of the staff. We left the UK and then returned two years ago now living over 50 miles away, and we still always leave our cats in the great care of Sue and Sarah as it is worth the 90 minute drive to know our cats are very well looked after. The chalets have individual heating and the secure 'outside' area of each chalet provides lots of excitement particularly for our boy cat who loves watching the birds. I highly recommend this cattery to anyone who wants their cat/s to also have a nice holiday whilst they are away on holiday.

After moving into the area two years ago I was nervous about finding a new cattery for Sophia. Since discovering Highfield just over two years ago we have had the best service and experience with Sue and Sarah. They run more than a cattery but a home from home to the point I think Sophia has a better holiday than me sometimes. Extremely welcoming, knowledgable (great vet recommendations and we have navigated a recent aversion to biscuits!) and great fun, I know Sophia is in great hands and always look forward to catching up with Sue and Sarah when we visit. Highfield Cat Hotel is highly recommended. We would never had used any other cattery. Looked after our Cat " Harry" for over a decade until unfortunately our cat was no longer with us. Sue and Sarah are very caring and we always felt our cat was always well looked after when we went on holidays. Being cat owners but in reality I think it should be the other way round it can be difficult to find somewhere you know is right and trust and it was the same for us many years ago until we found Highfield Cat Hotel.
