“I have a very difficult dog who refuses to eat in kennels, so far for up to 3 weeks! Hazel Tree staff noticed where other kennels, with great reviews, have failed despite my raising it as an issue. Hazel Tree also addressed it and he was willing to eat there. He is normally anxious but thrived at Hazel Tree Kennels and ran off happily when I dropped him off without a backwards glance. I cannot recommend them or praise them highly enough and so wish I hadn't moved away. I have failed to find a kennels this good either before with my previous dog or since. 10 out of 10 if that were an option!”

“My boy Arthur has been coming to Wooden House kennels since he was 8 months old. It's the only kennels I have used. I always check the availability of dates before I book our holidays, as I don't want to Arthur to go any where else. Arthur is always happy to be there and equally happy when I pick him. “We came to Steve’s training sessions with a very nervous and dog-reactive dog, , and we were feeling a bit nervous ourselves. Steve immediately put us at ease, gently easing us into the training in a calm and supportive environment. The sessions have already made both us and our dog feel more confident, and it’s been amazing to see the progress in such a short time. We’re really looking forward to continuing our training journey with Steve!”

“Our dog Bernard stayed two nights at Hunters Lodge and we could not have asked for a better experience. Bernard is a rescue so we were quite nervous about leaving him however any anxiety we had was quickly put at ease thanks to the staff at Hunters Lodge who kept us updated. Bernard stayed in the VIP kennel where he was able to have his own home comforts (plus a TV!). We would highly recommend Hunters Lodge to anyone and would not hesitate in booking him in again.”

I have recommended their service to other people as John and his team genuinely care about the dogs, and I have always felt totally relaxed leaving my dogs in their care. More importantly than me being impressed by them, my dogs are always excited to arrive on their ‘holiday’ too and happily run in which tells me all I need to know. A high quality service with a friendly atmosphere.”

“Well it seemed my boy George had a brilliant time he came home absolutely knackered. From the videos I see of him he definitely lived his best life and even had some Doggy friends witch I was over the moon with. I will definitely be using country house kennels in the future i think George would love to stay again too 5 stars isn't enough. 10 stars from me and George. “I have been using these kennels for about 10 years. I would not go anywhere else. Fantastic care for your dogs and fantastic staff. The kennels are heated and secure. Nothing is too much trouble for Tina and the staff. Because I have rescue dogs they come with issues and challenges. The kennels are up to the task in supporting you and the animal. Sherrie was so badly treated and even after 2 weeks she had changed due the time, love and care the staff gave her. Thank you all so much and see you soon.”
