   I recently boarded my dog at Wooden House Kennels and had an excellent experience. From the very first email enquiry, their team responded promptly and even invited me and my dog to visit before booking. During the visit, we toured their purpose-built facilities and discussed my dog’s specific needs. They clearly explained everything, including drop-off and pick-up procedures, and confirmed they could provide off-lead walks twice daily and accommodate her dietary requirements. The pricing was reasonable and fixed—no hidden surprises. Having previously had a bad experience with another kennel, this was the complete opposite. My dog was happy and relaxed when I picked her up, not distressed at all. I’m thoroughly impressed and will definitely use Wooden House Kennels again. Highly recommended, and thank you to the entire team for their care and professionalism!

   My boy Arthur has been coming to Wooden House kennels since he was 8 months old. It's the only kennels I have used. I always check the availability of dates before I book our holidays, as I don't want to Arthur to go any where else. Arthur is always happy to be there and equally happy when I pick him.    Our first use of any kennels for our dog. After visiting Wooden House kennels we knew he would be well cared for. We met with a friendly and knowledgable lady who as very good with our pet. Our dog aquired an injury 2 weeks prior to his stay. The team were fantastic putting jn the extra time required to ensure his recovery continued. He came home settled and confident. His injury recovered. I highly recommend Wooden House Kennels. He is booked in for his next holiday!

   These Kennels are the best I’ve ever used in the many years I’ve had dogs . Clean , spacious and excellent caring staff who look after your dogs . Nico loves going to them and runs into the premises and is also happy when we pick him up but he always says goodbye .He is now becoming a regular visitor and we know he is looked after well by Remmi , Collette and staff .
