   I have just collected my 2 dogs from Wayside.. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They had never stayed in kennels before. WE arranged a visit and were shown round by Eloise who was fantastic she answered any questions I had and I really felt after my visit they would be safe and well cared for. I was not wrong they came away Happy . And looked lovely. We had decided to pay for a bath for them which I would recommend. They will certainly be going back there again. And if anyone reading this is nervous about leaving there fur babies here don't be they will be safe and cared for. I even got an update on how they had settled in.    We've been leaving our dog with Wayside for a number of years now and have always been so pleased with the service. Our senior dog has had some issues just lately which I discussed with Eloise. She was so understanding and reassuring that I knew our dog would be in safe hands during our holiday. When we collected our dog the fact she trotted back to Eloise to say goodbye told me all that I needed to know - our dog had a great week, was well looked after and happy. Wayside Kennels is the perfect place for our dog and I'll be booking her back in again soon. Thank you Wayside for your kind attention and great communication. Highly recommended!

   As always when we bring both our cats here, friendly staff and know that they will be well looked after. Nothing to fault . Wouldn't go anywhere else . So definitely recommend them .    Sadly we didn't get chance to view these kennels before boarding our dog there, as they said they were too busy. Photos on the website all looked good though. My dog went off happily with the kennel girl and when we picked him up he seemed happy enough. Once home we did notice that he was very dusty and slightly smelly, but nothing a good bath didn't put right.

   The team are excellent with dogs of all shapes and sizes. The kennels are extremely secure. The team are also experienced in dealing with traumatised dogs including UK and overseas rescues. I can't recommend them enough. If you want a team who really care about dogs to take care of yours then you won't find a better place.

She was very well taken care of, all her food requirements were dealt with . Her stay was from Friday to Monday, while we attended my Daughters wedding.
