   Booked two stays so went for meet and greet before hand. Staff member who done the tour came across rude and condescending. Says on their website and leaflet can use a harness but have to pay extra (which happy to do). Discussed this at meet and greet and the lady was adamant they only use harness for medical issues and they use long slip leads instead. Got the impression they couldn’t be bothered even after explaining our dog doesn’t use a slip lead and will choke herself! Was also told at meet and greet they get 2 walks a day with periodic toilet breaks but on the website it says 4 walks. Website also says someone on site 24/7 but was told dogs are left overnight and for a few hours during the day. Very contradicting - these things are why we chose this kennels in the first place! Both stays cancelled and booked elsewhere

   Went for my first meet and greet and they was lovely Remy seemed very excited . This is the first time leaving my dog in a kennel but feel a lot less worried now I’ve visited thank you .. well that was my first opinion till I went to board my flight and was told I need to collect my dog after a few hours of being left here … it’s amazing how she went to a private dog sitter who said how amazing she was and how loving Remy is .. how Remy was fantastic with the other dogs . Dogs often growl when there scared when left but most kennels should be able to reassure here but just said we don’t want her here and I must collect here asap so if you have a scared dog I would recommend a dog sitter as I had no complaints what so ever only told she a fantastic dog by the sitter

   5/5 experience. I would defo recommend this kennel for your fur baby and we certainly will be back again. It’s the second time our chunky labrador Chase has stayed long term with the team and on both occasions he’s been returned back to us incredibly happy and healthy. *photos from his stay

   First time using these kennels. Left our dog with a lovely girl. Collected her after 10 days. Was well looked after and obviously pleased to see us but in all her excitement she still went back to the young girl who brought her out. That immediately reassured me that her stay was a good one. Would recommend and use again.

   My pets, Toby (dog) and Milo (cat) stayed with Kingswood for just under 2 weeks. I couldn't have asked for better care for them both, really friendly staff and my pets appeared very happy on collection. I would recommend this kennels to anyone. Thank you!

   Looked after my father's dog for us when he was admitted to hospital for emergency care. It was her first stay in kennels and we were worried as she can be anxious. We had no need to be anxious though as she came back clearly having had a wonderful time. I am so very grateful they were able to help at such short notice. It was a huge help. Thanks very much for everything.

   Our Weimaraner and GSP had a fantastic time at Kingswood Farm. We all got to meet before their first stay which meant the dogs were familiar with the environment & staff and in turn much more settled at drop off. The kennels are clean, cosy and not overcrowded which means your furry friends are with just the right amount of good company. All staff were super friendly, kind and caring. We highly recommend this kennels for a true loving family experience. Thank you Richard & the girls.
