   I am very happy that I was recommended Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic by the lady who boards our dog. I found the quality of care and the quality of service really high. The vets took all the time that I needed to listen to my questions and answer them in detail. I found their advice to be sound and not geared towards making money. They were very attentive to my children's questions also, which is so rare in a world where were are told to rush and we are given answers from an approved script. My dog just underwent a spay and she has managed to bond with the vets to the point where she was excited to visit again for her post op review. Finally I found their prices to be fair. I moved to Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic from another vet who I had found was not family orientated and was simply looking for big profits. Our dog is family. I felt the ethos of Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic reflected those values.

   I have been using this clinic since they opened and Michael Ng was my vet prior to that. They are very reasonable with their prices, the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to go the extra mile. The vets are very knowledgeable and very gentle with the animals. I have rang at very short notice but they have always managed to fit me in. Michael is very experienced in so many fields and with his knowledge and skills can spot problems immediately. He is a very personable man and always explains what he is doing and why. I would not use any other vets, especially the chain vets that are all about the money.

   Registered last year due to issues at last vet. Fortunately haven't needed to use it till today. They managed to fit my dog in for same day appointment. Surgery is nice with a nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and can tell they love animals. Michael was helpful, caring and interacted with my dog which other vets lack. So glad finally found a good vets after moving to the area 4 years ago. Thankyou :)

   This is a no nonsense, proper old school vets. Michael and the team are amazing. Michael gives sound advice and does not charge exorbarant prices. I took my German shepherd there as I thought he needed an xray, Michael examined him and said don't waste your money he's fine, just a sprain. Most vets would have taken 500 off you just because they can. I highly recommend this service

   We’ve just joined this vet and our first experience with them has been lovely. They were very helpful over the phone sorting out our issues with getting our records from the previous vet and we got an appointment straight away for a booster vaccine which was very straight forward and they took great care of my pup. Deffo recommend!
