Very lovely vet with amazing and caring staff. I took my gerbils here, despite not specialising in small exotic pets I was really pleased with their knowledge, care, and advice. It was amazing being able to regularly email the vet throughout their treatment, and when it came to end of life I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Ark House took such good care of my very poorly cat and left no stone unturned when considering his treatment. With their help and excellent care, he started to bounce back and I'm so hugely grateful. Thank you so much to the whole team who were caring, understanding, kind, compassionate and they all stayed an hour late one evening just to help my very sick cat. The staff are so kind and caring. Had to have my cat put to sleep at the weekend and the staff involved were so caring and showed so much kindness it made the process easier. The aftercare also shown was a lovely touch. Each visit has been outstanding and it's clear that its not all about making money as some places can be but providing the best care they possibly can
The staff here are amazing. My lovely little cat sadly passed away last week after a rough few days. We were met with nothing but support and kindness from Ark House. Today I received a card in the post, handwritten by our vet expressing her sympathy. Something I never expected and truly appreciate.
Although not the cheapest vet around, the staff are always lovely and welcoming. The service is of a high standard and they always treat my two hounds very well. Highly recommended.
