Been using Ivy Lane for several years. For any cat owners the fact we keep going back probably tells you all you need to know but to add - Our cat Jessie is always well looked after and happy. Cat accommodation is great, and flexibility from hosts @ Ivy Lane much appreciated.
My two cats stayed in the Ivy Lane cattery recently and they were looked after by Kim very well. The booking in system is perfectly managed, I was given a booking form to complete, and return online as a screenshot or in person as at the time i hadn't got my flights booked as still arranging my holiday dates, and further on Kim confirmed by email receipt of my booking and i dropped my cats off at the cattery on my confirmed day and i made payment on the day i collected them. My cats were fine and everything was great. The cattery is clean, the staff are lovely, and the presentation is excellent. I highly recommend this cattery and i will happilly use their services again!
Our cat has stayed here twice now and each time he has come back home like he has never been away. Kim will message you while you’re away and send photos when requested. If you want someone to take care of your cat who understands cats this is the place to come, Ivy Lane cattery took great care of our lazy boy Murphy! Would definitely use again.

Really disappointed by the service and experience we had here. We rang up about coming to visit to see what the cattery was like as we were considering putting our cat in here whilst we went away. The visit was fine, quite happy with the facilities and routine. However, when we went to discuss dates the lady told us she'd pencil it in the diary and call us back to confirm and pay. A couple weeks go by, hadn't heard anything. So I chase them up (albeit with 2 weeks until we go away). The same lady we spoke to said she didn't remember meeting with us and that she didn't have anything in her diary about the dates we gave her. She said very rudely 'well I wouldn't have put something down that I definitely cannot do. We've been fully booked up for weeks' and insisted I go elsewhere. Clearly a very outdated and mismanaged system.
Wouldn't put my cat in any other cattery. Flexible, reasonable prices and great care.

Excellent. Lovely Cattery. Kim is dedicated to looking after the cats in her care. Nothing is too much trouble. I have taken my cat mishka to be looked after twice and will continue to use ivy lane. I know she is well looked after and safe. I would not take her anywhere else. I would highly recommend.
Ivy Lane Cattery - owner - lovely Kim. Bit late putting this review on line!! My babybaby cat had NEVER been to a cattery before. He stayed with Kim (October 2020). Great facilities, babybaby safe and Kim so obviously loves cats. Big shout out and FANKOO to Kim. Definitely use this cattery again. Dido (Diane) xx
