“I have been going here for nearly 2 years with my cat who sadly passed away recently , my cat suffered badly with FIC and I cannot fault the vets in there , Emma and Jane are honestly the best! And all the other ladies I visited with fudgee , Over the years of using multiple vets I can honestly say the ladies in there really go above and beyond for animals and are so helpful , even after my little man passed they've still been so great and understanding. Sadly it is really expensive and I was looking elsewhere just because I couldn't afford it with a cat with on going problems which was a shame because they were the best I've been to yet , I've always managed to get appointments same day which is fab. Honestly can't fault them , they even last minute got a gorgeous paw print printed for me with a lovely card because the crematorium wouldn't be able to , super special , Thank you everyone at AstonLee.!”

“On Sunday my dog had a stick injury. VetsNow were amazing. Vets Maria and Caroline were great with him and me (who was extremely emotional) The nurses (whose names I didn’t catch) were so kind and made me feel so comfortable ❤️ They promptly referred him for surgery at Davies, they were clear about cost and gave me clear options and helped me to guide my decision. I was really sad to have to re-register the cats at a new vets, but due to moving much further away, it was the only option.”

“Had to skip work and bring my 1 and a half year old kitten here as she got into a nasty fight with another cat(s). We didn’t have an appointment but were seen within 10 minutes. Vets (and receptionists) are very polite and careful with the animals and listen to your problems carefully. They care about the wellbeing of your pets. We have 4 dogs and 6 cats (and one who passed of old age) registered here and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my fur babies checkups. 5 star review isn’t enough!!”

“I was concerned when I looked through the reviews of this veterinary practice before approaching them for some help I needed with my dog Poppy. Looking at the dates on the reviews, they all seemed very old so this made me wonder if it was just people taking the time to leave their bad thoughts, nobody taking the time to leave good!! I went with my gut feeling & I’m so pleased I did. I initially called & booked Poppy in with Sue, who was very warm hospitipal. On the appointment day, I was greeted by a receptionist Gemma & we also met Sonia who was a nurse there. All very nice people & very professional I found. Poppy seemed so happy & relaxed when I collected her, all staff where doting over her so she was clearly in her element too. Poppy & I needed to come back for another appointment where we then met the receptionist Kerry & Brad who was carrying out the operation on Poppy’s tooth. Again, both Kerry & Brad were lovely & went above & beyond for us with Poppy’s tooth extraction. I can honestly recommend the Best Friends Vet Group Shenley 100%.
