Receptionist is incredibly rude that refused to sell me a cone for my dog, and tried to make me book an appointment instead! Never had customer service like it. Disgusting.

Today my 2 year old dog took ill when in town. We had to rush her to Whaddon Way vets and when she arrived she was in a poor state and 'critical'. The staff at the vets basically saved my dogs life. I cannot thank them enough and how quickly they sprung into action to help my dog as I ran through their door. I am so grateful to them and thanks to the ladies (sorry i didnt catch your names!) my dog is getting the help she needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Today could have been so different. xxx

Recently became a dog owner. I brought my dog for her vaccinations. The vet was very friendly, highly knowledgeable carried out her care to the highest standard. All of my questions were answered. The welcome desk was very warm and friendly. I had help taking my Cane Corso back to the car after her jab because it was raining and my mobility was challenged. I highly recommend this veterinary service.

Happy with vet professionalism. Reception was smelly, messy, and hair on seats, so I didn't feel comfortable sitting.

Friendly staff and I received good advice from the vet about my new puppy.

I hate giving bad ratings, but honestly, I'm so angry right now. We registered our 3 rabbits here because we've recently moved to the area. I specifically made sure to check that they look after rabbits. Today I took our youngest in for his first vaccinations. The receptionist was very lovely and the surgery was clean and well presented. It felt nice and local. I wanted to love it. The vet we saw (didn't catch her name) was also friendly. However, she picked my rabbit up by the scruff of his neck! And not once, but 3 times! I was appalled. Rabbits should never be picked up like that because they have very fragile necks and it can cause significant damage. They are not like cats! I was genuinely shocked and was just grateful to get him back safely into his carrier. We weren't told what diseases his vaccination covers, so I don't even know if he's covered for rvhd2. I've had rabbits for 5 years, including one who's severely disabled and has had regular vet visits for years. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen. If they don't know how to deal with rabbits, that's fine, but they shouldn't accept them as patients. As soon as we left, I re-registered with another vet in Newport Pagnell. It's not within walking distance and it'll be a faff to get to but at least they are RWAF accredited.
