The best vet clinic I’ve ever been to! My dog had surgery here and everything went smoothly. The after-care was amazing!! The team is incredibly professional and truly cares about their patients. My dog absolutely loves the staff, which says it all.

I have been going here for nearly 2 years with my cat who sadly passed away recently , my cat suffered badly with FIC and I cannot fault the vets in there , Emma and Jane are honestly the best! And all the other ladies I visited with fudgee , Over the years of using multiple vets I can honestly say the ladies in there really go above and beyond for animals and are so helpful , even after my little man passed they've still been so great and understanding. Sadly it is really expensive and I was looking elsewhere just because I couldn't afford it with a cat with on going problems which was a shame because they were the best I've been to yet , I've always managed to get appointments same day which is fab. Honestly can't fault them , they even last minute got a gorgeous paw print printed for me with a lovely card because the crematorium wouldn't be able to , super special , Thank you everyone at AstonLee.!

My cat Polly has struggled with allergies and a skin condition, I have been to numerous vet practices to try and work out this issue and see what’s best for my Polly, this is the only vet practice that has 100% helped and supported her. Polly’s regular vet Sarina is amazing!!! She has shown pure kindness and genuine help for my girl. She is one amazing vet!!! The reception staff are all so lovely too!

Took Rosie for her 6 month check yesterday as part of the healthy pet club plan. She was seen by a lovely nurse (apologies) but I've forgotten her name. She gave Rosie a check all over and I was delighted to know she's OK. But at about her maximum ideal weight, so we're both on a diet now! Rosie loves the vets and pulls to get in the surgery, and barks for attention when we're there. A big thank you from both of us. Vic& Rosie

Very disappointing. £40 visit needed just to repeat prescription that didn't work. £200 lab test for ear infection showing no unusual cause for infection. Just take more tablets plus visit charge each time

Brilliant so far, swapped to them after being wary of advice given by another surgery who believed my girl had shoulder issues, a thorough examination by a vet who wasn't scared of my gentle GSD and within 5 mins was told it was her elbow (extremely common in GSDs) and referred us to specialist. Excellent aftercare as well all fees dealt with directly with my insurance company with no issues alleviating so much stress for me! Recently had my girl spayed too and again fantastic service with thorough check ups and friendly helpful staff. No complaints so far very happy!

They have their own carpark with usually lot of spaces available. The front desk team is always smiling and helpful. The waiting room is divided in two areas: dog, cat and rabbit. The vet and nurses are excellent, here to help. Price wise, I don't know 100%, but from what I hear from other pet owners I think they are in the average. I came by recommendations and I recommend this place too.

Been going to this vets for over 6 years and cannot honestly fault them they have been incredible with my dog Rocky who considering had a traumatic time with a health condition and had major surgery and still when I say we are going to see Hannah who did his surgery he literally gets so excited even after the ordeal he's been through. Even the reception staff there adore him and he absolutely loves them there and make him feel at home. If if they are good enough for Rocky then thats all that matters.Highly recommend.

I have taken my French bull dog twice with breathing issues only to be charged £50 for a ten minutes assessment to be told there is nothing wrong with my dog, I have now taken him to another vet and is undergoing treatment, Astonlee is all about the money and not the Animals welfare. Will never go there again.
