The vet was lovely, did everything to make the check up and vaccination a relaxed and positive experience for my (slightly nervous!) dog. Lots of treats, understanding, appropriate advice and care. Thank you!
An exceptional experience. They welcome me without an appointment. My dog’s condition has significantly improved after the prescription. The support staff is knowledgeable and professional.
I took my senior Lurcher to Willows, Olney yesterday and received excellent treatment from all concerned, especially Laura on reception and Abby the vet, whom I'd not met before. I have used Willows for many years and would heartily recommend the practice.
Everyone at Willow Vets were absolutely amazing. They really care about you and your pet. I was anxious when I called to try and book an appointment but felt at ease immediately talking to Kathy. She went above and beyond to get me an appointment. I saw two vets (Caroline and Libby) and they were both brilliant and caring. They explained everything very well and were reassuring about what was happening and to call if I was worried. Highly recommend Willow Vets, thank you!
With everything going on atm in a society where getting a good job done is getting more rare. id like to give the vet we saw and the staff at willow huge thumbs up!!! Phoned for an appt about 11am got in at 4:45 same day but i had to cancel and rebook, no problem got next day appt for 11.15am arrived a few minutes early shaman was weighed had consultation with a lovely vet meds prescribed packaged and labelled and by11:25 we were back in the car on way home! Top marks guy's thankyou great job!!
Skye has no fear or distress when visiting Willow, at both Newport Pagnall or Olney practice. She.loves the care and attention she always receives. I always leave our appointments fully understanding the proposed treatment, and reassured that Sky is receiving the best treatment available.
Kind, professional and very talented team, genuinely have the best interests of the animal at heart. Always exceptional service, would highly recommend. When things are difficult they bring compassion and when things are routine there is fun and treats! Milo genuinely gets excited to go to the vets now because he has so many friends there!!
The number of times I’ve had to rebook vet appointments, because of my cats not being at home or escaping, is endless but they are always understanding and are happy to rebook. If I have been unable to see a vet I have been given advice over the phone or even via email/messenger (during lockdown). All the vets and the vet nurses that I have seen have been kind and treated my cats in a lovely way. Would totally recommend them to friends and other people in my area.
Fabulous practice with very professional staff. I could not fault them. As we have a 15 week old puppy they were very welcoming, informative and helpful. Continued success with all that you do.
