   Had terrible experience. 15 minute wait to be seen, with my anxious dog during a thunderstorm. Not a warm welcome at reception and vet didn't seem to know why I was there or what he was doing. Visit took 45 minutes of which the majority was vet typing into computer while nervous dog was standing on the table. In addition to the annual vaccination I was charged £60 for a small bottle of eyes drops that have not been tested on dogs, only humans, so I had to sign a disclaimer. I could have bought the same stuff online for about £6.

   Use this vets for both of our dogs since they were 8 weeks old. The oldest Cockapoo has had sensitive skin issues since he was a Pup, thank goodness for pet insurance! They have been great with his treatment and regular medication. They have a pet plan for regular flea & worming treatment which saves us having to remember when due! All vets and reception staff are very friendly and professional. They're very local to us which is a bonus but we wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

   Normally see Alex at both Spinney vets branches and I’m so happy that you have our pets and owners best interests at heart! So thank you for everything you have done for us. We have seen other staff members too and we always get such a lovely positive service and really do help my fur babies, I do NOT feel they ‘money grab’ like most peoples prospective on veterinary hospitals. My pets are also not afraid to come through those doors lol, Thank you very much to you all x

   I've been using Spinney Vets for many years with various companion dogs, all rescues. One poor little girl was a really sad case but, thanks to the vets and my care, she had 6 months of a really good life. I find the vets especially supportive at the worst time, when a dog has to go to sleep. Not a job I would want to do, but thank you, Spinney Vets.

   We cannot fault the service that we received from both the Wootton practice and their sister site at Spinney Hill. Our 4 year old Chocolate Lab decided to swallow a rather large stone, he was very poorly and needed emergency surgery. Quick reactions by the vets and our dog is now on the road to recovery - and both practices have asked about his progress …. They even took the time to explain the pet insurance process - A massive thank you
