Each time we have a different vet. Last time, the vet pinched her skin because she wanted to play, and pricked her three times with the syringe and forgot to de-worm her. I woke up a month later and she had fleas. This is what you can see externally, but internally you can't. I asked for a different vet and they made me pay 55 pounds for the consultation. Also, the reception staff are always rude, not necessarily in their words but in their attitude. Not to mention, she also got a scratch on her head, and the vet did absolutely nothing, not even a disinfectant or a cream. When someone goes to the vet, they expect the vet to be the doctor, and not the other way around. I shouldn't have to go to veterinary school just to check that they are doing their job properly. And who are you supposed to blame in the end? It's always a different person. I have to give one star, otherwise I can't post this, but even one star is too much.

Really pleased with this Vets! We recently changed from Milton Keynes Veterinary Group (Walnut) as we were treated quite purely there, so we decided to switch to Pet Practice and I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision. Hannah, the Vet Surgeon that visited our pups today, was extremely lovely, very thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. The price is quite a lot lower that’s the previous Vets and we had a much better experience. They also have a lovely corner shop where we were able to stock up on natural treats after the visit. Couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommended!!

We had our 13 year old Chinese Crested PP put to sleep at the MK surgery last week and it was the most traumatic experience of our lives.

A truly wonderful vet surgery that has nothing but compassion and care for the animals that they treat, not all vets are the same! It's worth the longer drive to get here to receive such fabulous care. We saw Louise but the vet nurse was equally lovely to deal with, can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing service, my best experience with a vet, we had a french bulldog who needed urgent care and was asked to come in promptly, on arrival it was clear to see the passion that the staff have for what they do and the genuine care that they provide for the animals. Our french bulldog received the attention that she desperately needed straight away and is now in recovery! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the staff for their outstanding service and would recommend any pet owner who is searching for a practice who puts the needs of the pet first!

I don't often leave reviews but must for Pet Practice because they are a 5 star vets! I have only had my baby Pomeranian a short time and she had some tummy problems for a couple of weeks. They have been so amazing at seeing her on the day for me numerous times when I've been really worried & anxious. I know she is in the best hands & the staff are all lovely to communicate with too. I researched before choosing my Vet and I am so happy I chose Pet Practice as they are the best vets in MK (numerous family members go to other vets and don't get the service I do). Thank you!
