“It was my dogs first time at daycare today, I was a little nervous but Rachel and her team made the experience so relaxing and instantly put my mind at ease, my dog has also never been groomed before, Rachel managed to squeeze her in for a last minute groom and de shed and she’s never looked and felt better! 100/10 will be recommending to everyone and my dog will definitely be going back! “We took our son's large dog for a run around. On the positive side it was great to have a big space that was secure. He was more interested in the smells and horses he found fascinating. He didn't play on any of the equipment as he hadn't a clue what to do. We just booked half hour which I was exhausted by (not him) on my hands and knees encouraging him to go through tunnels, jumping up and down for trampolines. But alas he would use no equipment. “We booked Claire to look after our Husky Nico over the weekend of our wedding. She was super friendly and professional, and immediately put us at ease about leaving him with her. Nico liked her right away, and it’s clear that she’s a real dog lover :) Claire visited multiple times over Saturday to give him some company and fuss, as well as feed him and let him out. Plus a visit first thing Sunday before we got home. She sent us lots of updates, photos and videos to reassure us that he was happy, which I really appreciated. Nico can sometimes be a bit anxious about new situations, but we came home to a very relaxed and happy dog who had clearly enjoyed his time with Claire! Thank you so much Claire for doing such a wonderful job looking after him and for helping us be able to fully enjoy our day!”
