Jayne is the best dog walker! She walked my dog Tillie for about 3 years and Tillie was always very happy to see her and always came back happy and tired out. There’s not many people that I would trust with my dog but would definitely recommend Leicester’s dog nanny. She’s brilliant!

I would not recomend pet Nanny. Firstly I was amazed at how many dogs there were in one training group. The location was changed during our course. My dog suffers with car sickness so this was not helpful at all as it was further away. During training sessions it was very obvious I was struggling with my dog pulling on the lead I was offered no help to correct this.. and the only time it was picked up I was struggling was when trying to get my dog to lie down. Due to my dog car sickness I was unable to make the last few sessions although Jayne offered for me to go along without my dog for some verbal training tips once this was bought to her attention. due to trafic I was no more than 5 mins late I presumed they were on the usual walk I couldn't find them and had to go home.. after texting to let her know i attempted to make it the reply was simply we often go a different way... no mention of this a few hours prior to the text messages... this was the last time we spoke. I was offered no money back or even a bit of money off to try training again.
Thank you so much for looking after our Dog for all this time. She's been so happy with you and the pack and we can't thank you enough for everything. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and a true dog lover!
