   It was my dogs first time at daycare today, I was a little nervous but Rachel and her team made the experience so relaxing and instantly put my mind at ease, my dog has also never been groomed before, Rachel managed to squeeze her in for a last minute groom and de shed and she’s never looked and felt better! 100/10 will be recommending to everyone and my dog will definitely be going back!    Fudge is a bog monster. He loves to wallow in mud! So despite our best efforts he usually ends up with matted fur here and there. Rachel is brilliant and deals with it no problem. He comes away looking (and smelling) beautiful! Highly recommended.

   Took the dogs in this morning, explained what we wanted done and even showed a photo. I'd struggle to put into words how they looked when I picked them up. They have came back with bald patches, uneven areas, tram lines from the clippers and uneven length in places. Whilst she did offer to re-cut them, we didn't feel comfortable letting her back near them. The only positive I can find is that they do smell nice.
