“I have only ever trusted one place with my flatcoated retriever Fin, and that's Sandras: she is quite simply the best. She loves and understands dogs and goes the extra mile for a thoroughly superb job. Fin is a bit anxious being separated from me - the exception being Sandra. He also often thinks any kind of grooming is either a game or something to be stopped immediately. Either way, he is not always cooperative. Sandra handles him perfectly and he appears smiling and show-ready after every visit. It is such a blessing to have found Woody Woods. 6 stars would be my rating!”

“Such a gem of a shop. My dogs have been bought up on the home brand dry food (Super Premium Chicken and Rice), which is excellent quality and great value IMHO. Lovely people to deal with.”

“Ali has walked both of my dogs since they were puppies. She’s more than just a dog walker, she cares for my dogs like they are her own and there aren’t many people I would trust to look after them. My dogs wait for Ali to come each day and when they return they are nicely tired. If you are looking for some one not just to walk you dog but also to care about them look no further, you’ve found her.”

“Jane has been grooming my grumpy cats - Krueger and Voorhees for a few years now. Always with great humour - when they try and attack her!!! However they come out groomed and shiny and much happier… even when their murder mittens are clipped! And on a personal level, we have a great old natter! We will be welcoming the Fairy Mog Mother into our home for years to come. She’s ace.”

“We took our son's large dog for a run around. On the positive side it was great to have a big space that was secure. He was more interested in the smells and horses he found fascinating. He didn't play on any of the equipment as he hadn't a clue what to do. We just booked half hour which I was exhausted by (not him) on my hands and knees encouraging him to go through tunnels, jumping up and down for trampolines. But alas he would use no equipment. “Excellent service and wonderful staff there, a really interesting shop. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals! I boarded my crested gecko with them and he was very well looked after :) They also sell a bit of small animal stuff too so I was able to get my rabbit a little treat.”

“I have known Faith for several years and she has such a high level of knowledge when it comes to canine behavior. She is responsible, caring, organized and reliable. I always have a hard time trusting anyone to look after my dogs. But I would trust Faith and Major Walks anytime to take good care of them. Faith looked after my 2 female Whippets and kept me up to date along the way. Major Walks has good control of their groups and makes sure everyone stays safe.”

“Raven is very happy again after today's visit with Martin, she hates the vets but loves Martin and very happily goes in to see him. I've been using Chine for a very long time and whilst I've heard they aren't quite as cheap as others I'd never swap the 5* treatment my dog gets from there. They have in house testing and they staff their own overnights and emergencies. You get a vet 24/7 365 and never get passed on and charged extra. She's had a couple of operations which I was in bits over as she has epilepsy but he reassured me both times and personally did the surgery and she was absolutely fine. Never had a problem there and would never go anywhere else as I love and value my dog so much. I'm editing my review to say I sadly lost my beloved Raven a year ago. Took me this long to be able to talk about her. The service I received was second to none. No being transferred to other vets for out of hours problems and Martin stayed to talk to me and went through every test they had, sadly the epilepsy and heart murmur just kept fighting each other and she didn't come back out of it that time. He helped her go for her eternal sleep and we couldn't have got through it anywhere else or with anyone else. I could tell he was also upset. Sorry it's such a sad update but it times like that where you really need a vet who really cares and you can totally trust. They organised a private single cremation and I'm off to find my tissues.”

“After been to 2 other vets in the area, meadow lane vet's are certainly the best even to the point of explaining in detail the findings and solving the problem, I would certainly highly recommend them. Brilliant staff and so helpful, it's always difficult treating animals as they unfortunately can't explain what's wrong but how they treated our rabbit with love compassion I wish I was a rabbit”

“Receptionist was super helpful and got me in for a speedy appt. Vet was great, ready and waiting when I arrived and listened carefully to history/details then advised and checked everything to reassure me. Great service, lovely, friendly and helpful!”

“We take our very curly coated labradoodle to Jane @ scruffy mutts to be groomed and washed. He always comes back looking immaculate. Very well trimmed and tidy. Coat always fluffy and bouncy and even smells fantastic. Jane gives us great advice and helps us keep on top of his coat as it's prone to knotting. Also super dog friendly environment that allows all the dogs that are able to socialise with each other while waiting for either there cut or to be picked up. I know she also has facilities for dogs that need or want to be kept to themselves. Very competitive rates too so excellent value. All in all ten ten and can't recommend enough”

“It was my dogs first time at daycare today, I was a little nervous but Rachel and her team made the experience so relaxing and instantly put my mind at ease, my dog has also never been groomed before, Rachel managed to squeeze her in for a last minute groom and de shed and she’s never looked and felt better! 100/10 will be recommending to everyone and my dog will definitely be going back! “Have had a Tagiffany tag for my RGT adopted beautiful greyhound and absolutely delighted with it. So much so, I ordered a different one for my friend's dog when they moved house. She now looks very smart and is safer with contact details clearly displayed. Thank you for a brilliant product and quick service. When I get my second greyhound I will be coming to you again. The tiny bit more to pay is well worth it as the cheap tags from pet shops don't last and the pound or two extra gives you a very high quality tag that will last forever, staying clear to read and keeping your dog traceable.”
