Absolutely AMAZING, the staff were kind, polite and helpful. As a new cat Daddy, I was worried and wanted my boy to be checked over as he has only been living with me for twenty days, he’s perfectly healthy, he was very confident and comfortable with his vet to the point he tried to help her on the computer.

Extremely happy with the practice, our first appointment with our new addition (Stormi - Maine Coon). After having concerns with another vets the staff here gave us lots of reassurance and were patient with our worries. Very friendly, super informative and just all round good people!! All three of our fur babies are now signed up and we’re excited for our next appointment!
Great team - easy to book appointments and they always make a fuss of Winnie. They will also explain a cheaper way to buy anything we need - such as special food.
Sadly my mother had to have her dog put to sleep today the vet was very informative and caring as was the nurse this made the experience calm and comfortable cannot recommend them too highly
My dog needed urgent attention when her regular, local vet was not available. Medivet Loughborough were very accommodating, saw her the same day and I felt she received the same attention & treatment she would have if they were her usual veterinary practice. I would not hesitate to visit the practice again.
Professional and genuinely caring vet practice. Our Labrador had an operation this week and were kept informed of his progress at all times and has recovered very quickly. Highly recommend
