As a kid my childhood pets were registered here by my parents, as an adult I've registered my own pets here and I have to say, they are absolute dynamite, kind, caring, compassionate, fair priced and sole concern is animal wellbeing and welfare. If you're looking for a vets, you've found them.
Lovely vets, first time using these as we have recently moved to the area, our Ferret had become poorly and they were really helpful. Will be registering all our pets with them, very caring, honest and professional.
After been to 2 other vets in the area, meadow lane vet's are certainly the best even to the point of explaining in detail the findings and solving the problem, I would certainly highly recommend them. Brilliant staff and so helpful, it's always difficult treating animals as they unfortunately can't explain what's wrong but how they treated our rabbit with love compassion I wish I was a rabbit
Passing through on a narrowboat, phoned for an emergency appointment for our poorly old cat. Seen and treated very quickly, for a very reasonable cost. Everyone was helpful and so friendly, massive thank you to the vet
Went today at least 10 minutes before the appointment at 9.30 am. Waiting patiently I saw people coming for appointments later than mine having their pet sort out and leaving. I spent more than an hour in there. For more than 3 years paid this business but I might find another place for my pet No respect for so.e clients

Absolutely disgusting people, all about the money no care for you or your pet, currently causing me to miss my grandmother's funeral as well as the birth of my first child after trying to charge me £240 to sign and date a piece of paper. Will not be returning and strongly recommend that everyone stay well away.
Staff, especially the vets are very friendly. We got our appointment quickly and came away with some eye drops that have cleared up the problem. Vet showed us how to apply them etc.
This is a long overdue review, and where do I begin? I had been to two other veterinary practices before joining Meadow Lane and it was by far the best decision. A previous vet from a different practice gave my young dog a prognosis of 3 months to live due to a rare gastrointestinal condition, we came to Meadow Lane because we wanted to give our dog the best shot and find a practice that would work with us to provide the best care for as long as possible. Thankfully, my dog is still here, over 18 months later and living her very best life; it would not be possible without the care provided by Jenny and all of the wonderful staff at Meadow Lane Veterinary Centre. Jenny had to drain my dog during lockdown, she spent over 2.5 hours manually removing 6 litres of fluid from her abdomen. The two other veterinary practices had refused to do this and what became apparent in that moment is that Meadow Lane simply care for the well-being of our pets, above all else. Not once have they recommended euthanasia or told us to prepare for the worse, actually they have been our glimmer of hope in an otherwise bleak situation. I have since had 2 of my neighbours complain about our previous vet (Cockburns in Coalville) and they have subsequently been referred to Meadow Lane. They cannot praise them enough either. Thank you so much. Your service is worth every penny and more. The 1st image is taken from March/April 2020, before and after Coco had her abdomen drained. The 2nd and 3rd images show her now.
