   First time using this dog grooming salon and would definitely recommend! i’m currently fostering a little pekingese x chihuahua called Rosa temporarily whilst she is waiting for her forever home. She lived with an elderly owner who recently passed and has been back and forth to different owners since before being given to a charity. Because of this she tends to be timid and nervous with new people and places as she’s a bit overwhelmed, so I was slightly worried about how she would do but due to her breed she was in desperate need of a good groom so I decided to take the chance. Billie was very understanding and accommodating when I explained the situation and reassured me that she had plenty of experience with rescues/fosters and dogs that can be nervous which made me confident Rosa would be in good hands. Dropped her off and about an hour later Rosa looked like a new dog!! so clean, fresh and soft and definitely much better than before. Not only that but she seemed to have a good experience and seemed very content when I went to collect her, Billie said she was very good with everything apart from the dryer. The price for a full groom was also very reasonable at £45 for a small/medium long haired dog. Overall so pleased and happy that Rosa now gets to be clean and comfortable whilst waiting for her forever home, thank you so much!!

   Absolutely 1st class and we definitely recommend this buisness after a previous groomer cut our dogs eye and ear. 100% superb experience and couldn't fault how good our little dog looks.

   I have a nervous cockapoo called Bailey he hates being groomed they are really good with Bailey he loves going and he always looks lovely really good service Bailey is always treated with love and kindness would recommend to anyone with a nervous dog

   Put my pup in for the intro session. I think the highest praise is that when she came out she still wanted to play with the staff. She definitely doesn't want to play with me after I've had the hair dryer out!

   I have a Shih Tzu who bites and is very grumpy. In the past I have had to have him sedated and literally stripped of his fur. Billie was amazing, she took her time to gain his trust and did a fantastic job. He snapped at her so it wasn’t as good as she wanted but it exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful to her and it cost so much less than I thought it would. Thank you Billie.

   I took my 5 month old puppy Rex for his first groom today. Overall it appeared to be a very positive experience for Rex, he seemed very happy there, he smells fresh and looks super fluffy now! Billie was very understanding, took time to make Rex’s first time at the salon positive and gave him lots of cuddles. I’m not sure he wanted to leave as he fell asleep in Billie’s arms once they were done.
