“Have had a Tagiffany tag for my RGT adopted beautiful greyhound and absolutely delighted with it. So much so, I ordered a different one for my friend's dog when they moved house. She now looks very smart and is safer with contact details clearly displayed. Thank you for a brilliant product and quick service. When I get my second greyhound I will be coming to you again. The tiny bit more to pay is well worth it as the cheap tags from pet shops don't last and the pound or two extra gives you a very high quality tag that will last forever, staying clear to read and keeping your dog traceable.”

“My cat izzy had an amazing time here and was looked after so well she loves her food but didn’t want any when she got home so must’ve been fed very well too!!! She’s very happy. The review below is misleading, owner is very responsive and helpful - you can easily reach them on WhatsApp. I imagine it’s hard always answering the phone when you are looking after the cats, but they answered first time I called so don’t think that is a fair representation. The owner is a natural with cats, provided lots of lovely updates on how izzy was doing and if there were any concerns she had!! I’ve booked izzy in again for when we next go away - the care was much better than when I’ve sent her to other catteries. One happy cat and owner ☺️”

“My 2 pugs have been groomed and stayed with Lisa (including 1 month stay every year). They adore stopping there and are excited to go twice a week. Lisa adores dogs and goes beyond normal to make sure they have fun. Lisa is a very professional dog groomer and carer. Wish there were more stars to give.”

“Cannot reccomend Tess enough when it comes to looking after your furbaby! Our boy Rupert adores going here and always comes back knackered for a good 24hrs after one day with Tess which is perfect for us as he's an 8 month old Golden Retriever so has plenty of energy usually and is often challenging tiring him out. Thanks so much for providing a fun and stimulating environment for our pup!”

“The staff were absolutely wonderful, all of them. Our room was lovely, bed very comfortable, Everywhere was very clean. Menu i must admit was a little disappointing but didn't present too much of a problem. We also took our cat who settled in very quickly!All the staff made a big fuss of him. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be using this staying here again next visit.”

“I'm a regular customer needing chicken feed, dog treats, budgie and rabbit food too. Plenty of supplies for all kinds of pets. Great prices too! Parking available and for the heavy sacks use of a trolly or the staff will happily help you to your car.”

“Got a last minute place when needed a room at short notice. Got the last room. Staff wonderful, calm when I was stressed and very friendly. Room immaculately clean even though I was not expected. Easy parking on front or car park behind property.”
