Went in to grab a couple dog toys. When asking the employee where the rope toys are located and if they had any recommendations I was met with rudeness and laziness. No help was offered and the response was ‘well look around they’re everywhere’ not helpful at all quite disappointed.
Been coming to this pet shop for over a year never had any bad experiences until today. My 2 large dogs are on a dog food that that I get every 3 weeks from this store along with their treats so I spend around £100.00 a month, the dog food I get has a scheme with it where if you buy so many in a row you get one free so this helps me out a great deal, now I always buy the lamb or fish variety as my weimy is allergic to chicken but today they had a pork variety which I thought I would try for them, the shop assistant was very off with me stating the pork variety is more expensive I explained it does not say anything on the card I get stamped so should not make a difference…. Anyway I paid her for the treats and she stamped my card and kept it as she would have to send it off to the supplier I then asked her for a new card so when I next visit and buy a bag it can be stamped, She looked and me and huffed in a very rude and obnoxious way, asking why she had just done that, with no reply I explained I had been coming into that store for a long time and spending a lot of money and as the bag of food she was annoyed about was £62.99 and I had been paying £54.99 every 3 weeks for well over 12 months I found her attitude was inexcusable. I will never go back to this store and I feel this store assistant needs to learn some golden rules when it comes to serving royal customer’s with being polite………
I get my wild bird seed from there and they have a great choice, considering its not a huge shop and since using them my bird visits have increased in variety and volume. As for not carrying reptile foods, I think that reptiles are such a specialised species I get mine from a specialist supplier.
Always use here to get our pet food Hay ect ect top quality no rubbish would highly recommend and the staff are super friendly
Took our 13 week old Puppy for treats here and the lady really helped us choose as we are new to this. Alfie is very happy with his treats, lots of choice but not so much to overwhelm us like bigger pet stores, natural ones too, we will pop in again soon for more! Thankyou!
Was only passing threw and seen this shop so thought I'd stop. Being called pets world you'd think it would have all stuff for most pets in the household.... well that's not true. Didn't do nothing for reptiles so that was a big shame. I have a dog to and this place is amazing for dog food. So in their pets world it's only a dog and a cat I think. Shame as its a big place. Reason for two stars is that the don't stock more for a variety of animals and two, the name.
I'm a regular customer needing chicken feed, dog treats, budgie and rabbit food too. Plenty of supplies for all kinds of pets. Great prices too! Parking available and for the heavy sacks use of a trolly or the staff will happily help you to your car.
