“Fantastic kennel. We left our frenchie during the Xmas period and he was really nervous. But from the first day to the last there were posts and pics on FB showing how the community of dogs minded was happy and active. Kelly provides a great service as you can fell that she really likes dogs. She also very careful at providing a personalised care if needs be. Recommended as #Brucethebeast our frenchie came back to us in a superb form.”

“Karen took the absolute best care of my dog when I was away on holiday. I cannot recommend her service enough. Honestly it was so hassle free that I felt relaxed knowing that my dog would be super well looked after even before I even went on my holiday! Karen had really gone the extra mile and made it such a pleasure to go away and not worry about my dog one bit. “This review is overdue but yesterday really took the cake. I have a pup, Jake, who has been fearful and slow to warm up to people ever since I had him at 9 weeks. We have been walking him together to try to acclimate him to walks with her or other care. Of course it isn’t realistic to have only one possible caretaker and some days our schedules conflict so I was also utilising a doggy day care on days we couldn’t meet. Yesterday our schedules conflicted so I brought him to the daycare and he escaped. I messaged Lauren knowing other than she, my housemate, or possibly the neighbours who his best dog friend lives with were the only people who would likely get close enough to catch him if we could find him. She messaged back shortly offering to help. Jake was lost 6-8 hours and Lauren helped search the entire time. When I was leaving cuts of old clothes to hopefully help him find his way home she picked me up to take me back around where he had last been seen and thank God, that’s when the daycare that lost him called letting us know he’d wandered into a field and he was now safe waiting for pickup. She actually picked him up for me and gave us a ride home. If you want someone who genuinely cares about your furry friend, definitely go with Lauren ”

“Lovely place! We can tell the difference in how we picked him up from here versus how we picked him up from the different dogs hotel we have tried. He was so relaxed after his stay. He's been looked after brilliantly, by a staff that loves animals and caters to the needs of each dog as if they were their own. German Shepherd's are so specific, and seeing him so happy in all the photos that were shared with us, just made my heart full. We will definitely be using your services in the future. You guys are brilliant.”
