“Erinn is an absolute superstar! The puppy classes and one-to-one sessions were both excellent. We attended Erinn's puppy classes with our Lhasa Apso x Havanese pup Amara and found the sessions very useful. The sessions were informative, fun and Erinn created a very secure and positive environment for us all to train with our pups. We also had Erinn for some one-to-one sessions to gain some guidance on how to navigate our three dog dynamic early on with Amara's pals Susie (Yorkie) and Tina (Shih Tzu x Poodle). Those meetings were incredibly useful. Erinn took time to assess the behaviour of all three dogs and provided us with very detailed notes on each dog. Her insights and observations on our dog Tina were particularly useful and helped us to understand that she needed more attention to build up her confidence. Having those meetings early on really helped us plan our training for the individual dogs and also know how to create a positive environment for the three dogs together. Originally I was only going to drop off my young pup with them, but in going to their house and seeing the care and affection they had for both of them then I was delighted to leave the older one there too. Each day my dogs were walked, watered and fed.
