“Matt has been absolutely fab with our 2 pups. They are always happy to see him, which tells you everything you need to know about how he treats your babies when they are with him. You can tell from the moment you meet him that he adores dogs. They come home so tired from all the fun and we don't hear a peep out of them all day. The pictures/videos from each session is great. We all love to hear how much fun they had but to see it really warms your heart. The walks are in a safe secure field so you know they are having off leash fun without the risk of running off. (He was apprehensive in the beginning and a bit of a challenge - he can be a little stubborn - but was easily won over by their 2nd meeting!) To see the way he greets Vicki is so reassuring and he gets so excited even when I mention her name. I love the photo updates and how Vicki always goes above and beyond to cater for our walking needs and drop in's. What an amazing service and how comforting for me to know my boy is in the best of hands with someone who really cares. “We chose First for Pets to look after our two cats, Bruce and Ralph, whilst we went on holiday. Andrea was terrific; she came around for a visit before we went away to meet the cats and understand their routines. Andrea was so trustworthy that we actually asked her to move into our home for the week. We were sent lovely photos of “the boys” every day that we were away and a comprehensive diary so we knew that all was well at home. They helped us with advice about managing him with visitors to the house, invited us on group walks and have done dog sits for us whilst we are away. “Can't believe we didnt no about this place! Regularly visiting family round the corner. Brilliant doggie park, you could have a picnic whilst your dog(s) happily and safely run around, it was absolutely boiling the last time we went and the shelter provided with a seating area was great for the kids they enjoyed using the grooming equipment for the dogs, there is a fresh water fountain to fill up your own dog bowls or lots of different sized ones which are provided, we brought are own dog toy but forgot they have a variety of toys provided there, nice and clean for your furry friends.”

I am so glad to have found Wagtail walks, they are very accommodating to my circumstances and were able to pick up and drop off my boy from my home. During each session I get an update on how my boy is getting along which is very reassuring to know hes okay.
