“Matt has been absolutely fab with our 2 pups. They are always happy to see him, which tells you everything you need to know about how he treats your babies when they are with him. You can tell from the moment you meet him that he adores dogs. They come home so tired from all the fun and we don't hear a peep out of them all day. The pictures/videos from each session is great. We all love to hear how much fun they had but to see it really warms your heart. The walks are in a safe secure field so you know they are having off leash fun without the risk of running off. Highly recommend using For the Love of Dogs for your dogs adventures!”

(He was apprehensive in the beginning and a bit of a challenge - he can be a little stubborn - but was easily won over by their 2nd meeting!) To see the way he greets Vicki is so reassuring and he gets so excited even when I mention her name. I love the photo updates and how Vicki always goes above and beyond to cater for our walking needs and drop in's. What an amazing service and how comforting for me to know my boy is in the best of hands with someone who really cares. Vicki will top up his water, play ball in the garden and will get in touch with any concerns (she found a tick and sent a pic to let me know where it was) All these things are exactly what you want in someone you are trusting to take care of your dog and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Woodland Trails Dog Walks. Jimi always has the best time! Andrea was terrific; she came around for a visit before we went away to meet the cats and understand their routines. “Amazing !!! Anita and Chris have been so helpful and have provided me with lots of useful advice / information. Anita has also gone out of her way to order me specific food and treatment for my cat. Anita checks in with me to ask how my cat Loki is doing and is also happy to offer further support and guidance. Could not be happier and couldn’t recommend this shop and the lovely couple enough! Saved me lots of £££ with vet visits and Loki is very happy he doesn’t need to leave his bed for treatment. Thanks so much again and highly recommend xx”

“Can't believe we didnt no about this place! Regularly visiting family round the corner. Brilliant doggie park, you could have a picnic whilst your dog(s) happily and safely run around, it was absolutely boiling the last time we went and the shelter provided with a seating area was great for the kids they enjoyed using the grooming equipment for the dogs, there is a fresh water fountain to fill up your own dog bowls or lots of different sized ones which are provided, we brought are own dog toy but forgot they have a variety of toys provided there, nice and clean for your furry friends.”

“Have used Kerri to look after my two dogs and cat when we have been away. It’s nice to know that they can stay in their own environment and gives peace of mind. Kerri gives updates so it’s reassuring to know they are ok when we are not there. You would never know she has been as the house is spotless. “Graeme has been walking our Whippet - Minnie for over 2 years or more. Minnie used to enjoy a daily pack walk, then as her health deteriorated and our own circumstances changed. Graeme was really understanding with both Minnie’s changing needs and our own changes. She has always enjoyed walking with Graeme and Graeme is brilliant with her. If you want your dog walked with a waggy tail afterwards, then Graeme is the man to make it happen!”

“Can't recommend deb and Pam enough. We had a rescue dog from Bulgaria who had some behavioural issues when we first had him. They helped us with advice about managing him with visitors to the house, invited us on group walks and have done dog sits for us whilst we are away. Barney is now a calm and v happy dog and we are v happy relaxed owners! Thank you”

“I can’t recommend Elle highly enough. I have been bringing Dexter here for day care, for 2 years now. He’s always so excited and happy to be going! He loves all the different walks he goes on and socialising with all the dogs in day care. Elle is really professional and takes time to get to know each and every dog. We also get photos and videos each day Dexter is there as well, which is great to see what’s he’s been doing each day.”

We couldn’t ask for a better home from home for our beloved dog - so much so she tries to get in the van given a chance when we are out on our walks!! Sally and Pete send videos throughout the day and keep the dogs busy constantly, which is amazing. Can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they give our dog.”

I am so glad to have found Wagtail walks, they are very accommodating to my circumstances and were able to pick up and drop off my boy from my home. During each session I get an update on how my boy is getting along which is very reassuring to know hes okay. My dog absolutely loves it, when they come he's straight to the door and bolts to the van without so much as a goodbye. Excellent service and we will definitely become regulars.”
