“Amazing !!! Anita and Chris have been so helpful and have provided me with lots of useful advice / information. Anita has also gone out of her way to order me specific food and treatment for my cat. Anita checks in with me to ask how my cat Loki is doing and is also happy to offer further support and guidance. Could not be happier and couldn’t recommend this shop and the lovely couple enough! Saved me lots of £££ with vet visits and Loki is very happy he doesn’t need to leave his bed for treatment. Thanks so much again and highly recommend xx”

“I had recently heard of this shop when I wanted to fill my desire of finally owning a turtle, I phoned this shop to see if they could help my searches… and they did just that I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who had also owned a musk turtle (she was so adorable) and gave me all of the advice and tips I needed to know before I purchased. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have the money to get the turtle that day, but I had fount a way to afford my baby turtle and a healthy and happy environment to watch them grow I didn’t quite catch the ladies name but she was fabulous, quick and attentive with everything she had done. She had even kept the shop open 15 minutes later just so I could pick up my lovely turtle. Whoever this lady is you are amazing at your job and was so attentive today and we definitely will be returning soon to find rocket (our turtle) another friend. Thankyou, ThePetShop”

“First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.”

Later I went to the this pharmacy and explained to Pardeep about my cough etc. He listened and gave me some antibiotics along with a recommended cough syrup. “A small Boots chemist, having said that they stock drugs much larger chemists don't have and they have helped me out of a hole a couple of times. They have stocked drugs prescribed for me that several others chemists haven't after calls to a dozen others they have been the only chemist with the drugs I needed The staff are extremely friendly and they do go the proverbial mile for you. The pharmacist will hold drugs for you until you can get there. All in all I have to say it's 10 stars out of 10.”

“The girls and gentleman (used to work here, not seen him in a while, Richard) have always been soo helpful since I've had my 1st born (now 2 and a half).... they have always been welcoming and happy to take time to give advice. I can't thank them enough!! Unfortunately the staff have had some unwelcome guests into the store. These so called guests thieve what they want and harass and threaten who ever is on shift. To see the heart break in the staffs eyes is such a sad thing. They are on edge everytime the door opens. I hope these nasty thieves have what's coming to them. And as for the staff, we appreciate everything you do. I hope the store doesn't have to close due to those muppets. Thank you for everything and most of all, stay safe and stay strong x”
