   What a team! We were looking for harnesses for our two dachshund pups and had been to another large supplier who told us there would not be a second member on the shop floor for another 30 minutes (she had to stay on the till) and asked would we like to wait, my answer was no thank you (with a smile because she was lovely, but 30 minutes, really?). So we arrived unannounced at Pets and Friends in Walsall Wood where we were greeted by two smiling faces eager to help. I would have been happy with just one of them but both of them began to assist. Other people began to arrive and then another member of staff appeared and he ran the till while the two ladies assisted us. Doxies being long in the body are not easy to fit but eventually the staff found us what were were looking for, and we took two harnesses, two leads double ended, and two collars. The staff team were so good, we took our Dachshund puppies home and picked up our two chihuahuas and took those to be fitted too :) A massive thank you to the team working on the 23/10/25. You were amazing and our new go to for all things pet related. You did an awesome job guys and the dogs are loving their walks (no escapees as of yet) I can not recommend this team highly enough to you, they were great, Many thanks to you all, from us and the mini wolf pack :) To the person reading - There is a dog groomer onsite and they trim nails too ;)

   Wide range of products beyond the normal high street ranges you usually see. They’re always adding new products and ranges too. Lots of natural treats and chews available. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, and they love my dog… he gets so much fuss!

   Amazing place, they also have inside a pet grooming towards the back which we have used. The staff are wonderful. Always greet you with a smile and a hello. There knowledge is incredible. They are always up for a giggle too. Would highly recommend, there brilliant and extremely helpful.

   First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.

   The building was easy to find and their range of items was amazing. When entering the building, we were immediately greated by the staff who noticed our dog too and could not wait to say hello to her. They helped in our shop and were extremely friendly. I am definitely going there again. Prices are very competitive. *UPDATE 24\01\23* Still great as ever, stock rotation is keeping different items and care products readily available depending on the seasons. I would still highly recommend this store.

   A very special thank you to Dan in the Walsall store, he was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable. I’ve recently got a puppy and Dan understood my needs and provided recommendations to ensure I was making the correct choice when purchasing dry food. I would give him a ten out of ten for customer service, a brilliant asset to the company. The prices were fair and I managed to get everything I needed on this visit. I will definitely be returning as they are the only ones that are local that stock prestige dog food.
