“First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.”

Aaron was amazing with her, let her look at all the animals and answered all her questions about how to look after her new pet. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we will definitely be back for all our pet supplies.”

“I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional.
