    This is the second time I have experienced staff not knowing the policy on customer service. I brought back a box of cereal and I had the receipt. The lady on customer service's accused us of buying the item from Morrisons. We said it was from Asda and that was the receipt. She said as it was a well known brand she couldn't refund us. I said I used to work at Asda and we always put a refund on a gift card if there was no receipt. She refused so I asked to speak to a manager. She rang a manager who told her to refund us on a gift card. It's just a waste of time, we wasted about 15 minutes arguing and other people waiting in a queue. Staff need to be trained on policies as this is the second time I have had issues with this store and staff not knowing what to do.

    Worst asda around by a mile. don't ever try to do a delivery order as you most likely won't get it. But still get charged and when you speak to someone they have all got different excuses.

    I have for a long time now ! wanted to give a review for a member of staff, today I asked her , her name as I wanted to make sure the manager knew who I was referring to Her name is Amreen Hussain I really want to say what a lovely lady Amreen is ! always smiling very caring warm and welcoming and far exceeds Asda’s mission statement “Happy to help” She is a real asset to the store She truly deserves some recognition

    Me and my family come to this Asda very often. He prices are good and the staff are kind. They have an Asda rewards app which offers a variety of discounts. The store is large and nicely set out. When you enter first thing there are the clothes then as you gradulaay go through it goes from gifts and household items and then goes to the food. They are always stocked and it is a great place to shop.
