They showed me the reports and explained why they all needed to be replaced. My bill was high but this was down to the parts and not the labour. Would use again. “First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.”
