“Very friendly and helpful staff! Took my engagement ring in for resizing and they dealt with my enquiry quickly and professionally. Whilst there, my chain broke (fancy the chances!) and they fixed it there and then for me once we finished finalising the details of my ring resizing. Received my ring a week later, and I am very pleased with the finish of the resizing! Fits beautifully now and looks lovely and shiny! Highly recommend!”

“Went here today to get my little girls ears pierced along with her two best friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices. Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.”

On the contrary I was Wlcomed by Lauren who made my transaction extremely pleasant. She was warm, welcoming and understanding. She offered me multiple options and made sure I chose what was the best option for me. I felt safe and listen to and I was offered a brilliant pice for my ring.
