   Never ever go here again paid £80 for my daughter ear piercing one ear was perfectly fine but the one where the women had not done it properly come out through the night I called the next day as the back was missing and the earrings was £60 wouldn’t put the earring back in for me and wouldn’t sell me just the back wanted for me to pay for hole new pair of earrings nothing but money making staff I don’t no if they get a pay rise if they make so much money but so rude wanted me to wait 2 weeks too for them to put earring back as they knew they would have to redo it so not only did they want me to pay for earrings they wanted me to pay for the ear to be re pierced luckily I got the earring back in my self and I had my own backs wasn’t the gold I paid for but it will do till I put her better earrings in do not take your kids here and do not go there nothing but a rip off

   Had the top of my ear done 2 moths ago it never healed properly kept gettin stuck inside my ear it kept weeping even tho was cleaning it and then it got to the point where it was very painfull ans couldnt pop it out the back of the ear ring was all bent and not put on properly this ended with me up the hospital all day to get it removed enen then they said they have had a few people whos had peircings at this shop at the hospital With the same propblem nDO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE

   Great place for little kids who wanna get some jewellery or really anything i remember i used to go there quite often when i was younger but then i outgrew it. It still really is an amazing place. But i dont recommend getting a piercing there i got my ear pierced there and that got infected then got it there done again and that also got infected i then decided to go to another place called lovisa and got my ear pierced there and that did not once get infected.

   Went here today to get my little girls ears pierced along with her two best friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Rochelle and Dani - both were absolutely amazing with all 3 girls and even got hyped up along with them to make it an exciting event! I have read a lot of negative reviews and wanted to post my good experience! I work in the NHS and have a very good understanding of infection prevention practices. Both ladies washed their hands thoroughly, wore masks, visors and gloves and all the girls ears were properly sterilised before they went anywhere near her with the gun. I can’t rate them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return with the time comes for the younger daughter.
