“Wow what can I say about a ladies salon being a gentleman. Well a bit apparently, I was looking to get my self a bit of pampering so I decided I would like to have an open razor shave whilst holidaying in the Midlands. After a bit of research I was reliably informed this this salon offers such a request and after a reasonably short notice booking (thanks btw I know I doesn't happen all the time but if you don't ask you don't get I suppose) I did arrive early to my appointment but I was greeted with a very welcoming feeling. I was introduced to Nicole and whisked upstairs, I must say the salon is lovely inside a real treat to visit. I was taken into a private room for my shave which was nice and relaxing. Nicole was very attentive and the shave I received was second to none. After she was finished my face was as smooth as a balloon. She then asked if I would like a hair cut as she had some extra time between clients. Absolutely I would, my haircut is nice and neat exactly what I get at my regular Barber all said and done my face was beautifully shaved and my hair game was on point. Lovely salon and staff keep up the good work.”

“Been visiting Elegance for almost 2 years to get my waxing done and recently started getting my face lasered. I had extremely thick and dark hair on my face & neck due to PCOS, Rajni suggested having laser and I begun my sessions. Currently, I am on my fifth session of laser and have seen such a huge reduction in hair growth and, even the skin discolouration I had previously due to the hair growth has now improved significantly. Even the small amount of hair that grows back is very fine and hardly noticeable. The sessions are quick, efficient and virtually pain free. Rajni is extremely helpful and genuine, she's always glad to see the progress rather than, other salon owners who want to just keep you paying for more sessions. Couldn't be happier with my results so far and look forward to getting laser done in more areas.”
