   Friendly advice to this business, that if you are going to ban a loyal customer of several years because they are late to the appointment, at least make them aware of this policy ahead of time. Some of us are not purposefully neglectful but may be travelling outside of town for the services and a warning would have been helpful, especially for someone that has been coming back for years and always paying on time. Fully taking responsiblity for personal time management issues here but a little communication goes a long way. Thank you. Edit: Contacted this business owner immediately and no response since. Your system may be automatic but it is your employee on the phone that told me I can no longer come back. Thanks for getting back to me, I guess.

   True Beauty's website says that "we do love what they do and it shows" and it's true! Sarah's salon is the best! I always look forward to my visits for my regular gel manicure. The salon has such a friendly vibe and I'm always made to feel so welcome. Charlotte is my regular nail technician and totally gets my style, my nails have never looked better and I'm always being complimented on them by strangers.

   I got my full body waxed & a Hollywood wax done. They are okay apart from they left chunks of hair in places some places I understand as it's hard to take hair off if it's too small but some of these places were not good enough. Yet I still wanted to go back to them but they are unavailable and booked when they haven't been before I was unhappy with this service and then I brushed it off and now I'm unhappy as no one should have to settle with less than what is. So if you want not a perfect wax done these are the girls for it if you want to have a proper wax where all the hairs are removed apart from the odd one or 2 hairs don't go here. Not worth it. They were friendly Jordan was I don't know about the others but Sarah who emailed me sounded very cold and someone who I didn't even want to speak to.

   Had definition brows done. They were awful, terrible shade- way too dark and patchy. Shaping was also terrible as they were different shapes and blocky.

   I have been going here for over 10 years when the first owner ran the salon. I then continued coming here as the girls are so lovely and the new owner is such a lovely down to earth girl. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else x

   Booked online for a deep tissue message only to be called to say that massages are only for women. I have re-checked the website and found no disclaimer saying this. What a shame was looking forward to it but I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere.
