“Been visiting Elegance for almost 2 years to get my waxing done and recently started getting my face lasered. I had extremely thick and dark hair on my face & neck due to PCOS, Rajni suggested having laser and I begun my sessions. Currently, I am on my fifth session of laser and have seen such a huge reduction in hair growth and, even the skin discolouration I had previously due to the hair growth has now improved significantly. Even the small amount of hair that grows back is very fine and hardly noticeable. The sessions are quick, efficient and virtually pain free. Rajni is extremely helpful and genuine, she's always glad to see the progress rather than, other salon owners who want to just keep you paying for more sessions. Couldn't be happier with my results so far and look forward to getting laser done in more areas.”

“I travelled 40 minutes to get to this nail shop and honestly, I'd do it again. The staff are so polite and welcoming. My nails? Absolutely amazing. I didn’t even have a design in mind and they just worked their magic with zero fuss. And the guy who did my pedi? If I could steal him and hire him for my personal pedis, I would… but obviously that's illegal and I wouldn’t do that! Thank You all.”

“Absolutely love this nail shop. Very welcoming . I have been coming here for 4 years . Yes the wait can be ridiculous I agree , however a busy shop means great work.. right ? …..they are obviously doing something right. They always offer a bottle of water and communicate and will advise what they believes best for your nails. Furthermore I have left work and arrived 15 mins before closing time and the have fit me in last min, I will always respect Jen nails for that . I am truly surprised by the negative comments .”
