First time for a haircut with Adele today, such a lovely lady. The cut was exactly what I had asked for ! So pleased with it I've booked in again in 4weeks time. Thanks for taking me from frumpy to funky and giving me back my spikes !!
I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my hair cut and blown dry with curves. My stylist worked quickly and created a lovely finish. She really lifted my spirits with her skill, kindness and friendly service.
Amazing customer service always so friendly. Always happy to help. Only person to successfully get my hair back blonde after I dyed it black and left it feeling healthy. I couldn’t recommend enough. Best salon ever!! X
AVOID THIS SALON! My Mom used it for the first time & was told £72 for a full head colour on her consultation. On the appointment day she was then told it would be £90 as they didn't realise how much hair she had..... Isn't that why we have a consultation??? Non the less she paid anyway, a few hours later when she tied her hair up she was really upset to find the back already looked like it had a few weeks growth, her grey roots were clearly visible & when she went back she was told '' that can happen if the spatula doesn't get right to the head ''! There is NO way the stylist didn't see it when drying & straightening the hair so why allow my Mom to leave the shop knowing it hadn't all coloured over??? She told her to come back a few days later & she'd do it again, she also had the cheek to say '' don't worry I won't charge you ''... I should think not after already taking £90.00!!! On the second visit she applied more colour but said I won't have time to properly dry you off as I have other customers so it was quickly blasted with the dryer & she had to leave with wet, curly hair. Once dried at home alot of the roots are still a different colour & she's reluctant to tie the hair up as it exposes them more. I called the shop on her behalf after seeing her in tears, I asked for Adele's mobile number as she wasn't there & said I wanted to complain. One of the girls called her & she told them to tell me I'd have to call back in working hours. For the owner of a business to hear a customer isn't happy & not be interested in speaking to them is really poor, customer satisfaction should be priority but clearly not to these ladies! She decided to call us back after all, I assume only because the girls said how frustrated we were but she just spoke over us & directly accused us of lying in order to get a freebie. We were told that a full head colour wasn't paid for & if that's what we wanted now then we'd have to pay again. What an absolute joke, they take £90.00, do the job wrong & then expect more money to correct their error!!!! Poor work and disgusting attitude - definitely won't be recommending. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't leave the page without selecting one..... There is no option for zero

To be honest I wasn’t satisfied and happy, Firstly she didn’t even hairstyle it as we wanted that wasn’t even a hairstyle lol it was just a trim and two little strings she took and made it feathers I can’t even see it . And she charges so much ! Thought for a 4.8 star review that they would be good as first time but I was so disappointed I wasn’t expected to have something done which u can’t see no results and didn’t even follow what We wanted ! Even showing her the picture and still ended doing the same haircut for all of us. Need to improve on your stuff and to actually listen ! If they are confident to do it then she should of said I can’t do it this haircut!
