“I’ve been going to Nat for my nails for a few years now, a colleague recommended her after my continued admiration of her own nails. I’ve asked for some weird and wonderful nail art over the years and I’ve never had a bad set, it’s always spot on what I asked for and I get so many compliments every time. My nails are super healthy thanks to the biab too. Can’t recommend Nat and her team highly enough, they are all so lovely and welcoming plus Amber (the salon pup) is the cutest!”

“Really lovely experience with Saskia today. The setting was extremely clean and calming and Saskia was caring, friendly and very reassuring telling me I would be fine which made me feel really comfortable. The massage itself wasn’t painful it was just right and it definitely relieved a lot of the tension I had in my back, shoulders and neck. She even gave me some advice as I left to help with the pains I get in my lower back which I thought was really nice of her as it shows care and concern for her clients. She has recommended a hot stone massage for next time which I will be looking into for sure. Thankyou Saskia.”

“Had a lash lift and it was genuinely the best experience I've ever had in a Salon. I think it was Emily (sorry bad memory) who did it, she did such a good job. Not only do they look fab she was so gentle...when I've had it done in the past my eyes get very upset and I can't see straight away after. My eyes just keep shutting and are very irritated, but I had none of this at all. Plus she was super lovely and explained everything she was doing so well. Telling me exactly what she was doing and when. Being neurodivergent (which she didn't know) it made a huge difference to me feeling comfortable in the salon and with the whole process. What i was greeted with was an exceptional spa like experience with a relaxation room, hot drinks, pleasant atmosphere and a great treatment. I was looked after by Laura who was not only an amazing conversationalist but also very experienced and good at her job. I am definitely coming back. I’ve had my hair done a couple of times and this time was the brightest that I have ever been with copper and this is my favourite look by far she has made me look amazing the colour turned out great. Photos just don’t do the colour justice. I feel so so confident and amazing and Carice was so lovely and polite. She gave amazing advice about my hair and the right products to use. “I had my first manicure and gel nails here as I have just moved here from London. I wanted Byab but they did their version of it which they said is kinder to the nails underneath- I had chrome french tips (pink). After a few days the chrome had started to come off a little and one of my nails needed touching up a little. I went back in and he took a long time fixing them, insisted on doing them again and making me 100% happy with them and didn't charge me anything extra. Great service and you can tell they really care about the quality and customer experience. Thank you :)”
