   Terrible customer service, unlawful and unenforceable policies have been put on me in an unfair way. Called 20 hours before my appointment to ask if I could move my 9.20 to one of their later available slots as I had accidentally booked my appointment during my son’s nativity. This was denied, even though I could see their appointments on the same day were available they said they were fully booked so also lied to me. Then cancelled my appointment without my consent and charged me a full fee of £46.00. I called to ask why they had cancelled and charged me as I said I would try to get someone else to come in and I asked them to refund. The manager refused to refund me and said my friend can pay me instead or if someone turns up they can then issue me the refund. So withholding my money from me before the service is even provided. Has now messaged to say my appointment is confirmed for tomorrow to cover herself. Completely unfair, unethical, unaccommodating, fully money driven. I completely understand a cancellation policy - but when five other slots are available for later on that same day what was the harm in 20 hours before my appointment allowing to have another time instead? They wouldn’t have lost my fees by doing that but have now definitely lost many customers. Very unprofessional and have zero disregard for their clients. Will never recommend or return.

   i’m a regular customer at nailed it and won’t go anywhere else. my nails are always perfectly done, pedicures and manicures with really lovely technicians. i’ve tried many nail salons but none compare to the quality and experience you get here! never had any problems, really recommend

   Afraid to say I my dipping powder manicure was awful. It was applied lumpy with no touch up. 2 nails came off completely within a few days. Went back to have them mended and came off again. Very poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend.
