I would highly recommend true nails! I have been coming for 9 years and never had a problem! Always feel welcomed and staff are so friendly! Always happy with my nails and is always able to do any design I have asked for!! I love how friendly they are and chatty! Best nail place in town ❤️
The whole team are extremely professional but at the same time they are happy to chat to you unlike other nails bars. There are times when everyone having their nails done, are laughing and joking together with the team, which makes the whole experience relaxing and fun.
I’ve been coming here for around 6 years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, such a lovely environment, plenty of colours to choose from, they do amazing designs and are so efficient. 10/10

A friend recommended this place to me and I’ve been coming here every 3-4 weeks ever since for the last 3 years. I now bring my mum here because she always wanted to go to a place she felt relaxed and comfortable. It’s hard to put into words just how much we love coming here and how much I would recommend anyone to go here. I’ve told friends and even strangers to come here. The people who work here are the most friendliest, kindest, caring, most professional people I’ve ever found in this industry. They always have new options for colours and different types of nails, always make sure you’re happy before you leave and get the results you really want. I’m one of those fussy customers who takes time to choose exactly what I want and they always have the most patience and best advice for me. I’ve never once left here unhappy and every time I know I have an appointment I truly get excited because it’s like going to see good friends who you know will look after you. They always manage to fit you an appointment in no matter how busy they are and that’s very rare to come by but they do it so every individual is happy and able to get the best pampering. I honestly choose to never go anywhere else and I will go here for the rest of my life. Best nail salon around let alone in Eastbourne!!!
