My nails are just as I wanted them. Lauryn always helps me choose the perfect colours and styles. She takes care and time to make me feel at home and provides an excellent experience. I went for silver glitter to keep in with the festive season. I love them !. Thank you for fab nails as always
I had the most luxurious Dermaplane experience with Charlotte. The room was so cosy, I had a lovely heated bed and it was clean and beautful. I loved the chilled music in teh background which really helped me relax. What I loved about Charlotte ws that she is really knowledgable around skincare and gave me some tangible tips and advice of things that I can change in my daily routine to help my skin for the better which was super helpful. 5* experience as always at the salon. Fantastic time at the Christmas event this eve! Thank you for the lovely Elemis pro glow facial it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing! Also the pedicure was fantastic! The staff were very welcoming and prepared amazing Gin Fizz cocktails for us too. Had a great evening with my two friend, we will definitely be back for more pampering very soon. Thank you ! Sarah
I had a consultation with Charlotte to discuss options for some treatment for my under eyes. She was amazing, explained everything so well. She is clearly very knowledgeable. Answered my many questions, reassured my concerns and explained what to expect. So friendly, polite and welcoming. I have booked in and am super excited for the treatments. The rooms at the salon are just gorgeous, a very relaxing, calming vibe ❤️
I came in for a Dermalogica facial and it was with Lauren. The salon is stunning and feels like a sanctuary of peace. There was a heated bed and calming music. Lauren was super friendly and really knowledgable and happy to give me advice and recommendations about my skin. I’d highly recommend if you want to have a luxury experience.
I had really high hopes for this place but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. I hate to leave negative reviews but feel that others should be aware before making a decision to come. I came and got a gel manicure the day before I was due to leave for my holiday, which was a special occasion because I was traveling abroad for my friend's wedding which I was maid of honour for, so I really wanted my nails to be perfect and last til the wedding 3 days later. I had gels done and that same night one of the thumbs had lifted up, so I had to call them to fit me in the morning I was due to fly out. This was stressful enough in itself as I was really short for time but I thought these things happen and I needed to get it sorted. Thankfully the lady who dealt with me on the phone was happy to get me in to get this fixed straight away and the next morning it was done. She was really apologetic and overall I was happy with how they looked. But then come the wedding day, 3 days later, multiple nails had already started showing cracks and looked really awful. I was absolutely gutted about this and was probably captured in a lot of photos. I felt quite embarrassed to have cracks in my nails and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I felt it was a real waste of money, especially the initial issue with the gel lifting up mere hours after getting them done. By day 5 one of the glitter nails on my ring finger had completely come off which was even worse and not something that could easily be hidden. It's really unfortunate because it's such a beautiful salon and one I was hoping would be my new regular. I am confused by the glowing reviews, but perhaps my bad manicure can be chalked up to a bad batch of nail varnish/not cured long enough or something else. Unfortunately, while all the staff are friendly, the quality of the nails just isn't what I'd expect so I wont be returning as it'd be a risk.
I had a set of gel nails done. 1 has lifted a week later. I would expect nails to last 2 weeks at the price it costs. I was told I'd have to pay £5 to have this repaired as this is outside of the 3 day guarantee. Not impressed and won't be a returning customer.
It’s the second time I do my treatments with Mac. She’s great, very professional. The salon has a nice atmosphere and has welcoming staff.
Had microblading treatment and £350 later after the second treatment hardly any different. No responsibility was taken by the salon and after waiting 8 weeks after the 2nd treatment I was told I had brittle, sparse eyebrow hair that sticks out rather than lays flat, oily t-zone - forehead and nose. Even after having the Skin Scanner treatment and being told I have great skin, keep doing what I am doing, amazing UV protected skin oily combination, but normal and expected in areas such as forehead and nose! Told colour fades 50% but not told at time of microblading. Told it is for spares eyebrows and even though I was extremely nervous 1st session I decided to trust Shai who I asked to do the shape and colour on what she thinks would best suit me. I was offered to have a 3rd session at £250 and after speaking with the manager who reduced it to £100. I didn’t go back and felt out of courtesy I should have been given a 3rd treatment for the £350 I had already paid for nothing so far. Very disappointed and even though I did research I would suggest looking else where.
I’m not from the area but like to visit this salon when I’m in Crawley… I’ve had a facial and a massage here and honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Staff are always really kind and genuinely like to engage in conversation with you which makes for a really comfortable visit. Very easy to book treatments online and they offer such a wide range of affordable to luxury treatments! I have had Katie do my treatment today and she tailored the facial just to me and I felt like a new lady when I left! This is a MUST VISIT, you won’t regret it, treat yourself!
