   I could do 0 stars when it comes to the female members of staff .They never look happy and they always seem to be off.Last time she did my pedicure she pulled those toe separators as if she was working for free lol I thought about it so gave it a go today .Went in to have my nails removed,one female member of staff cut my nails (gel construction )with the nails clipper which when they are quite long can be a bit painful if you cut a big chunk at the same time.I told her if she could do it gently as it was painful to which she told me that she notices I am quite sensitive lol and no other client complained of this …oh well we’re not the same and trust me if I do mention that it was painful that means it was.To which I requested another member of staff but honestly speaking I did not have the time and the patience to be annoyed and to pay for it too lol so I took my business somewhere else.Clearly do not recommend and I’ll never go back .there were other episodes when it comes to payments and the their stuff but I won’t sit down writing a novel about it .Truthfully for me was comfortable as I lived close by but I’m totally happy with picking another salon and drive there instead of the miserable staff they have there . The photo is inside of another salon where I went after so they can take off my nails .

   My daughters friend booked her an appointment that she didn't want. She tried to cancel it but the salon wouldn't allow her to and then bullied her into having acrylic tips and gel polish. She asked for just normal polish on her own nails and they refused! Saying it wasn't what was booked. Yes essentially the experience starts with her friend, but what about duty of care to your customers if they're telling you they don't want something done and you do it anyway!! This is disgusting behaviour from your establishment.

   Mum and I go to this salon all the time. We are always offered a drink when we get there. The salon is very clean and the staff are very friendly, polite and professional at all times. I would recommend that if you are looking to have your nails done then this is the place for you. They go out of there way to give you what you want and you can also take photos of nails and they will try and do them for you.

   Bad experience. My friends nails were wonky in which she told them she wasn’t happy with the nails so the staff shoved her hands in her own face and shouted at her telling her that they weren’t wonky. They then didn’t ask me if I wanted gel or acrylic so did gel in order to charge me more. When it got to time to pay they tried to charge me £30 for gels when this is not what I asked for. The staff member then snatched the money out my hand and told me and my friend to leave and never go back. I would not recommend

   Mixed experience. Don't bother booking an appointment as you'll be made to wait with all the other walk ins. Poor communication, I wasn't really sure when (and if) I was going to get seen. Eventually sat down 30mins late and had a brilliant gel manicure which looked great and lasted nearly 3 weeks

   Come in 2 and a half weeks ago and asked for acrylics with a design. They looked beautiful when I left unfortunately, in 4 days my nails started lifting. Now after 2 and a half weeks most nails have lifted, having payed £40 for my nails I’m not very happy with them lifting after only 2 and a half weeks when usually last me at least 4 weeks.
